Dr. Allison Loeb grew up in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, and attended Indian Hills High School before receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She received her dental degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Loeb graduated at the top of her class and was the sole dental student that year to receive the prestigious Stanley S. Bergen Jr. M.D. Medal of Excellence. She was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society, and was awarded the Alpha Omega Award for Excellence in Academic Achievement. Upon graduation from dental school, she continued her education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey for her postgraduate orthodontic specialty training before joining Dr. Robert Loeb in private practice.
With an orthodontist for a father she is often asked if she always knew she wanted to become one herself. 'If you look in my eighth grade yearbook, I wrote I wanted to be a lawyer. It wasn 't until after college I realized how much of a great fit orthodontics was for me. Becoming an orthodontist was the best decision I ever made. It is such a gratifying, enjoyable profession to spend my day giving people beautiful smiles for life.'
Dr. Allison Loeb is affiliated with many professional organizations such as the American Association of Orthodontists, New Jersey Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and the Bergen County Dental Society. She attends numerous continuing education courses yearly to stay current with modern advances and technology. She has been voted one of NJs Favorites Kids Docs as well as a Top Dentists by her peers.
A native of Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Loeb attended Brooklyn College, obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in biology. He received his dental education at New York University College of Dentistry, graduating at the top of his class, and earned several honors and awards, including nomination into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society.
Upon graduation, he was inducted into the U.S. Army with the rank of Captain, to serve for a period of three years, which included a residency in general dentistry and a one year tour of duty in Vietnam. After leaving military service, he attended New York University College of Dentistry for his orthodontic specialty training.
Dr. Loeb opened his office for the practice of orthodontics in Oakland in 1972, and is proud of having provided orthodontic treatment for thousands of patients. He was recently selected by his peers as a Top Orthodontist in a survey for New Jersey Monthly magazine. He is delighted to have his daughter, Dr. Allison Loeb, join with him in the practice.
Dr. Loeb is active in the dental community, belonging to many professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, New Jersey Association of Orthodontists, World Federation of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and New Jersey Dental Association. He served as president of the New Jersey Association of Orthodontists, presently serves on its executive board, and is a past-president of the Tri-State Orthodontic Study Group. He is also currently on the attending/teaching staff at Hackensack University Medical Center.
Dr. Loeb is a long time resident of Franklin Lakes, where he and his wife, Gail, have raised their three children. Spending time with his family, travel, golf and reading are among his favorite leisure time activities. He also enjoys skiing and bicycle riding, and may be found rooting for the NY Yankees and NY Giants.

Dr. Loeb and her team are incredible! I went to them for a major smile makeover and I can't believe how amazing the results turned out! They made the process so easy. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for Invisalign or any other services that they offer!

My son had a wonderful experience at Loeb Orthodontics. The staff are friendly, polite and go out of your way to help esp during the pandemic. Dr Allison did a tremendous job, taking care of his cross bite first with a palate expander and then straightened with Invisalign (which was a great option to have as we came later than normal to get orthodontics in his Junior year, so this was a less 'obvious' type of brace to have as a young adult). James has a Hollywood smile now. I can't thank Dr Loeb and her team for taking care of him and would highly recommend the practice to everyone. You won't be disappointed and you will be welcomed warmly. Thank you!

I had previous orthodontist work done on my teeth and the doctor totally messed up. My regular dentist told me that there was nothing braces could further do for me and my only option would either be caps or veneers. Not wanting to go that route, I was resolved to have messed up teeth for the rest of my life until I found out my sister-in-law, who has beautiful teeth, had orthodontic work done by Dr. Loeb. I gave the office a call and right away I was set up with an appointment and was told that my problem could easily be resolved with Invisalign. Dr. Loeb was completely knowledgable. She explained what went wrong in my previous orthodontic work and how the Invisalign would fix it. She was very patient with me and explain every step of the Invisalign procedure. During the entire treatment, I knew exactly what was happening with my teeth and what was going to happen. 10 months later, the Invisalign came off and I now have perfect teeth. My only regret is that I didn't go to Dr. Loeb sooner as I spent 10+ years with bad teeth. I would highly recommend doing any orthodontic work with Dr. Loeb.

The entire team at Loeb Orthodontics is top notch! All three of my daughters had their teeth fixed by Drs Allison and Robert and their staff. They took care of the entire process from soup to nuts and were always so accommodating with regard to billing, scheduling, phone calls, supplies, etc. Every time we went into the office, we were greeted immediately and warmly. My family and I used to joke that it must be part of their hiring process that everybody is so nice. And the best part -- my kids' teeth look fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend Loeb Orthodontics!

So happy I chose to Loeb Orthodontics for my treatment!!! My experience as an adult that required multiple surgeries and braces, was made easier by the care that was provided to me by these amazing professionals. There was not a single visit, question or concern that did not get addressed with complete satisfaction during my almost 2-year journey. Despite the challenges of my treatment, the doctors and the team made my visits comfortable and pleasant. And the final results, Wow!!! I never thought I would have a smile like the one I have now. From very early on, I noticed the amount and quality of work put into my case. Dr. Allison Loeb and Dr. Robert Loeb were detailed and methodical on their approach while also coordinating efforts with my surgeon and dentist. I was seen by the doctors every step of way and ensured of the continued progress that at times, was difficult for me to see. The dynamics of the office has a good flow and effective at providing the necessary attention to their patients; this is due to the outstanding staff that completes the team. The treatment coordinators, clinical and front office staff provided me respectful, pleasant and fun visits. I have to give a big shout out to Tina, Jessica and Kim for always taking care of me with hardware adjustments, schedule conflicts, and fun conversations on the dental chair that always helped relieve any anxiety. The facility is always organized, well maintained and very hygienic. My most recent visit, during the pandemic, was due to a retainer replacement and proved to me once again that they have maintained those high standards to ensure the safety of their patients and staff alike. My relatives were so impressed by their work on me that they already decided to bring their children to Loeb Orthodontics when the time comes. One of my nephews is already a patient there and his progress has been nothing short of amazing.

I want to give Loeb orthodontics 10 stars if I can!! Loeb orthodontics is the best!!!! I can't thank Dr.Loeb and the team enough for perfecting my teeth and the warm welcome as always. Every time I left Dr.Loeb's office I felt like I just visited family. It puts a smile on my face just thinking about those visits. I was 36 years old and my teeth were really crooked and everyone said that it would take at least 5 years to straighten my teeth but Dr.Loeb got them done in 2 years and now I have the smile of my dream! I am so thankful and happy with the experience, treatment and result I have with Loeb orthodontics. I highly highly recommend Dr.Loeb to anyone!

I simply can't say enough about loeb orthodontics. They took me in with a timeline to get my teeth straightened before my upcoming wedding.
