Our hygiene staff is highly skilled and gentle in their treatment of our patients hygiene needs. They are very thorough in educating our patients in the best possible way for them to maintain good dental health, and prevent future problems.
Sandy grew up in Janesville, WI and graduated from Madison Area Technical College for Dental Hygiene in 1996. She started working for Lodi Valley Dental, LLP right out of school. She is happy to say that she is currently the longest employee at our office. Sandy enjoys meeting and working with so many patients as well as employees over the years and is looking forward to many more. She has been living in Pardeeville for the last 21 years with her husband and three children. In their spare time, they enjoy camping, fishing, and traveling to many track meets and various sporting events to watch their kids compete over the years.
Tricia grew up in Arlington, WI and graduated from Poynette High School. She attended UW Madison and MATC for dental hygiene. Tricia has been a part of the Lodi Valley Dental, LLP team since 2001. In Tricias spare time, she enjoys running and spending time with her husband and two children.
Billee Jo became a Dental Hygienist at Lodi Valley Dental, LLP in 2007. She is originally from Lodi, and currently resides in Sun Prairie. Billee enjoys working at Lodi Valley Dental, LLP and caring for her dental patients. Billee is a die-hard Washington Capitals fan and Packers fan. In her spare time, she enjoys watching hockey, football and spending time with family and friends. Billee has two cats names Rodgers and Starbuck.
Kristi grew up in Token Creek and now lives on Lake Wisconsin. She graduated in dental hygiene from MATC in 1999. Helping patients improve the health of their smiles and addressing their individual needs, all while making them feel at ease receiving dental care is rewarding to Kristi. She is married and has one daughter in college and a feisty rescue dog. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hiking and boating with her family.
Terri grew up in Colorado and moved to the Lodi area in 1996 where she started her career at Lodi Valley Dental, LLP. What she enjoys most about her job is the diversity of procedures. From orthodontics to sinus augmentations, there is never a dull moment. Most importantly, she loves the relationships that she has with her patients. In her free time, she enjoys snowmobiling, boating and spending time with her husband and 2 kids. She is also a proud first time grandma to a baby girl.
Amy grew up in Ohio where she became a dental assistant in 1993. After seven years in dental assisting, she took a break to raise her children. Amy decided to enter back into dentistry and took a dental assisting course at Penn Foster College. After moving to Wisconsin, she started working with the Lodi Valley Dental, LLP team in 2017. In Amys spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, camping, hiking, and hunting.
Emily was born and raised in Lodi and graduated from Lodi High School in 2014. After graduation, she began working in the dental field and joined out LVD team in August of 2017. What Emily loves most about her job is the diversity that each day brings. Whether its ortho, fillings, root canals, implans, etc., she love sit all. When Emily is not at work, you can find her spending time with her family and friends, visiting her cabin, traveling, and hiking with her puppy Jax.
Danielle grew up in Poynette but now lives in Portage with her boyfriend. Shes been in the dental field for about five years and enjoys learning new things every day about dentistry. Danielle enjoys assisting because she is able to do something different every day. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading and being active.
Although originally from Lodi, Addie spent most of her childhood in Viroqua. After being away for many years, she always knew she would move back to Lodi. Addie joined Lodi Valley Dental at the end of 2021 with two years of experience as a dental assistant. What she enjoys most about being a dental assistant is helping create smiles that boost patients confidence. When Addie isnt in the office, she enjoys being active, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
Kelly has lived in the Lodi area the majority of her life. In being a lifelong resident of Lodi, she has had the privilege of meeting and greeting several generations of family members. The favorite thing about her job is being able to meet many different people and welcome them as they come into our office. Kelly joined the Lodi Valley Dental, LLP team in March of 2014. Outside the office, she enjoys running, golfing, traveling and spending time with her husband, Mike, and their three sons.
Ashley has always had a desire to work in the dental field. It was not until 2017 that she moved forward with that desire and started working at Lodi Valley Dental, LLP. What she enjoys most about her job is building valuable patient relationships and helping patients achieve excellent oral health. Ashley was born in the South and has lived all over the United States. She decided in 2000 to make Lodi, WI her permanent home. She has been married for 13 years and has three wonderful children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering as a Girl Scout co-leader and baking delicious desserts.
Heather grew up on a dairy farm in Poynette and has recently returned to the area with her husband. She joined Lodi Valley Dental, LLP at the end of 2018 and brought with her 15 years of experience in the dental field where she started as a dental lab technician and then moved into the dental office where she has gained experience as a patient/treatment coordinator, insurance coordinator as well as office management. As a patient coordinator with LVD, she is happy to assist you with any questions and scheduling needs. When not at the office, she enjoys traveling with her husband on their Jeeps, Harleys or ATVs.
Katie grew up in the Lodi/Waunakee area and graduated from Waunakee High School. She then studied both Spanish and Secondary Education and enjoyed playing soccer at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. She began her career teaching for 19 years before having a career shift and joining her husband at their family practice in 2022. Katie likes to be engaged in the community and you will see the Crane family participating in various activities in Lodi. She enjoys being active, being outdoors, and traveling to learn new cultures and meet new people.

I wouldn't recommend this office, but dr crane is too busy as it is. My children went in for exams and cleaning years back, but The dentist wasn't there to see them for a "in person exam." I was billed for an exam, so I called delta dental to ask why we would be billed for a complete patient exam when he didn't see the patient. She just giggled, "oh that's dr crane, he does that." I decided to go back to their pediatric dentist so they could see the dr and I could consult with him directly. I also think the open concept treatment areas at their pediatric are safer and reassuring, you can see that the dentist is in house, and the staff are confident enough to practice in the open allowing parents to stay with their children. The Lodi valley office is sectioned off into rooms with full walls and doors. Poor pain management, poor quality work (on a temporary treatment that fell off within 20 minutes), nasty staff (Heather only) and very vindictive if you lament. Details below..... Cracked a tooth, was seen by Dr Crane on Friday. He said I needed a root canal and some crowns repaired. For a temporary remedy, Dr. Crane put some temparin(?) on the split tooth They questioned who I had been seeing since 2013, then scoffed when I replied "no one, that was my last visit." Which, was the honest truth. The estimate was $4000, which seemed fair. They "fit [me] in" on the following Monday. By the time I arrived home, (about 20 min later), the temparin(?) dislodged and the remnants were in my mouth. Dr Crane told me to alternate Ibuprofen and Tylenol for the pain and take antibiotics for the infection. The intense sharp pain was torture! By Sunday night the pain was just as intense, if not worse. So, I called and left a very POLITE message asking for my x-ray, informing them of my pain, and cancelling my root canal for Monday. I was in so much agony I couldn't consider getting dressed to go in and let them drill the pulp out of my tooth. By Wed the pain was only a dull ache. Now that the pain subsided, I called to "reschedule" my root canal. They were very cold on the phone and transferred me to Heather. She didn't try to conceal her fervent outrage. She said "Dr Crane can't see you, he's booked through January." I was perplexed, but proceeded to request an appointment for my son to repair the 15 cavities they identified in early July. We wanted to fix them in July, but they didn't have an opening. Instead, they promised to call in when they had a cancellation. He's 20 and never without his phone; they never called. I didn't think they would punish my son because they were angry with me. So, I asked Heather if my son could get an appointment to fix the 15 fillings they identified in July. She was downright nasty, "Dr Crane can't see him either." I followed up by inquiring as to the availability of the other dentist in the office. She emphatically said "NO he's booked up too" then she hung up on me. We don't have insurance and the cost of the needed dental work was over $8000. We have invariably paid in cash the day of service. In fact, my husband recently had $10,000 in dental work with Dr Crane which he paid for in cash that day. So, this isn't a money issue. We pay our bills. My only theory is that they were angry I complained about the pain and cancelled an appointment that wasn't available in the first place. As THEY said," he's booked on Monday but he will fit you in because it's urgent."

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Crane really knows how to care for any dental problem you may have. I feel confident going to Lodi Valley Dental.

I've always dreaded going to the dentist, and after going to different places in search of passionate, quality care I am happy to keep coming back to Lodi Valley Dental! The lobby is clean and very welcoming, and the lovely ladies at the front desk offer top notch service. Dr Behling is amazing! She is very passionate, kind and gentle. Really makes going to the dentist less stressful!

I had a very sharp tooth from a broken piece. The sharp tooth was hurting my tongue so bad. I couldn't talk or had hard time of eating which I was having a lot of soft foods. The lady at the desk was friendly and nice. The dental hygienist greeted me with a smile that I was going to be ok. Dr. Behling was nice, kind, caring. I would recommend anyone to see her. She going to do 1 of the 2 options for me. I was very very thankful for their help. I'm going to get other dental work done with Lodi valley dental.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crane since high school and have always had great experiences with him. I recently started seeing Dr. Behling and am extremely happy with her! I highly recommend this place.

I have been so happy with my care at Lodi Valley Dental! Every interaction has been positive and friendly. Billee recently helped my 3-year-old through his first dental visit. She and Dr. Behling we're SO kind and patient with him! I definitely recommend this clinic!

Seen promptly at my appointment time. Tricia RDH, is very professional and does a great job. Dr Joel Crane DDS, is also very professional and does a great job. I would recommend them both as they are great with kids, all the way up to senior citizens. It's a one stop shop for all your dental needs. They do cleanings, fillings, crowns, braces, extractions, implants, dentures, and more. The office is in a new building in the last couple years, they have all the latest technology, they are always continuing education of their entire staff and they are all so friendly and very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to all my friends and family.

My family and I have been going here for years. Dr. Crane is insanely accommodating to all of my weird anxieties. He and his staff make sure I am comfortable and anxiety free before they begin any work. Gas? No problem. Music...no problem. I even ask for an x ray cover because the extra weight makes me feel calmer...no problem. They accept Care Credit so even paying is painfree. He's pretty funny and not bad looking so that's a plus too!!

Took my 85 year-old mother to this dental center to have a broken bridge and missing tooth evaluated. She is a resident of a local nursing home. The dentist was extremely gentle, kind, and caring. He even offered a very generous discount without even being asked for one. I highly recommend this dental group!
