Dr. Jeff Rosenthal is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. He enjoys spending time with his wife Debbie and their two sons Matt and Adam. In his free time, Dr. Rosenthal enjoys traveling as well as a constant interest in Cleveland area sports teams. His practice is focused on a high level of customer service while recognizing the value in Dentistry that he passes on to his patients. Dr. Mallory Alexander received both her bachelors and DDS degree from The Ohio State University. Mallory was born and raised in Westlake, Ohio. In her free time Mallory enjoys cheering on Cleveland and OSU sports teams, traveling, and hanging out with her golden retriever puppy, Riley.
Dr. Kyeong Hwan Kim is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. At the Emory University, He received his undergraduate bachelors degree majoring in Applied Mathematics. Dr. Kim, however, enjoys many other things over math such as playing tennis, snowboarding, reading books, drawing, painting, organizing, and socializing. He has an affable personality, and tends to laugh and smile more often than you may think or see. Dr. Chris Kim is his nickname he came up with to lessen everyones stress trying to pronounce his real name.
Dr. Dennis Lam was born and raised in Akron, Ohio and a graduate of The Ohio State University. His goal is to make dental visits easy and painfree. In his free time, Dennis loves to watch sports and supports the Cleveland and Ohio State teams. He enjoy trying new restaurants and staying active.
Dr. Liao earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Case Western Reserve University, where he graduated fourth in his class. Upon graduation he was elected as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the national dental honor society. Dr. Liao is committed to providing his patients with the very best dentistry by constantly increasing his knowledge and improving his techniques. In addition to providing excellent dental care to his patients, Dr. Liao enjoys hiking, playing basketball and spending time with his wife, Nian, and their two children.

Amazing! Kind, respectful and really seem to care about the patients. With Medicaid, all the dentist I went to were so rude, cancelling my appointment for "a paying customer ". Staff seemed so annoyed with me and continue to talk down to me.

The first receptionist I spoke with was pleasant and not an issue. Was transferred to schedule an appointment for my child and the receptionist was very rude and apparently bothered by doing her job. Tried to chastise me for something she misunderstood and became stuck on that point. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere but they appear to ALL be the same. Good luck out there.

I am very happy that this place has changed. There is not a room full of people waiting in a small waiting area. It's way organized by new owner. Seeing the dentist is more private.

In the handful of times I've been while in Akron, every visit --esp. today's has been pleasant and thorough. Never had any long, crazy wait times. Environment is clean, neat and feels new. Each person-- from the check-in to the xray technician, teeth cleaner, dentist, and receptionist on the way out--was very warm with good vibes. That's half the battle when going to the dentist without super great insurance.

I was terrified of getting my teeth filled because of bad experiences at other dentists. But Locust actually made me comfortable and my dentist was nice and made sure I felt okay and numb the entire time. One of the best experiences I had at a dentist :)
