Dr. Jewett received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences with a focus in Biology from Clemson University. He then attended the Medical University of South Carolina, where he studied to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine.
Following dental school, Dr. Jewett moved to Washington, D.C., where he received specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from MedStar Washington Hospital Center and Childrens National Hospital.
At Childrens National Hospital D.C., Dr. Jewett was a team member of the Cleft Lip/Palate and Craniofacial Team. He has extensive training in treatment planning orthognathic jaw surgery, TMJ/TMD treatments and experience working with Sleep Medicine doctors regarding sleep apnea.
