BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! Dr Lloyd's practice is small and cozy, comfortable, and caring. He and his staff are incredible! I really just couldn't be happier! I went to him for new dentures. The experience was so incredibly different from my first, at a DIFFERENT PRACTICE. Dr. Lloyd's is just amazing!!! He will take all if the time, attention and care that you DESERVE!!! You WILL NOT FIND ANY BETTER!!

This is strictly my experience with the receptionist as I decided to not proceed with using the dentist based off my experience. I had mistakenly missed my appointment and was given a pleasant voicemail from receptionist about how my appointment started 15 minutes ago and to call back. Upon calling back about 20 minutes into my appointment, I apologized for missing my appointment and asked if I could still come in or if I could reschedule. I was met with a harsh response that "no I would not be allowed to come in as they had someone else coming in". I understood and asked to reschedule and was then provided a lecture on how she would reschedule but only if I promised to come as "I was wasting the dentist's time". This was my first appointment I have scheduled with this dentist since 2009 and it will be the last. I have never received such an unprofessional reprimand for a forgotten appointment.

I have been going to Dr Mark Lloyd my entire life. The staff is always so cheerful and happy to see me when I come in. The experience I have going to the dentist is always great and I am always treated well when I go in. Lloyd family dental is a great place to go when visiting the dentist a wonderful place to recommend to family and friends.

I have been getting care provided there for the past six months and have had extensive work done in that time. It's by far the best dental, if one could be good, experiences I've ever had. Always greeted with a big smile and treated like family. There's Netflix on flat screen on the ceiling and head phones so you can focus on something else and it goes by very fast. They are concerned with my comfort during and after and ease anxiety about cost by figuring insurance and letting you know out of pocket ahead of time. I recommended a family of my co-workers and they fell just as in love.

I've been going to Dr. Lloyd for 20 years, my kids have been going their entire lives. The staff is very personable and friendly, they have always taken good care of us. I would highly recommend Dr. Lloyd and his staff.

BY FAR THE BEST DENTIST IN THE WHOLE WORLD. I REFUSED TO GO SEE A DENTIST FOR 2 YEARS WHEN MY INSURANCE I HAD AT THE TIME WAS NOT ACCEPTED BY THESE GUYS. BUT AS SOON AS MY INSURANCE CHANGED I WENT BACK THE SOONEST I POSSIBLE COULD (NO CAVITIES BY THE WAY IN THAT 2 YEAR PERIOD). IVE BEEN GOING TO THESE GUYS EVER SINCE I HAD TEETH & THANKS TO THEM I STILL HAVE HEALTHY GUMS & TEETH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYBODY & EVERYBODY.
