Dr. Ellen Ost G.P. Be aware of this name!!. I guarantee that you will have the most horrible experience you can possibly have at the dental office if you have this lady work on your teeth. I needed routine check up and cleaning but I had to stop her twice while she was cleaning my teeth. In addition to her terribly rough treatment, she had no idea that some people have sensitive teeth and they only could tolerate at certain degree of scaling/grinding. Though I told her to go easy before she started, she simply ignored my need. Instead, she told me that everybody has the sensitive teeth. Does it mean that she can torture people because everybody has sensitive teeth? If I can give the negative stars, I will give -100 stars.

There is no hygienist on duty. The staff said the dentist Dr. Ellen OST will do the cleaning. The reading of the 4 x-rays, examination and probing of 32 teeth and a "cleaning" took less then 10 minutes. Because of COVID my son didn't have his teeth cleaned for one year. When the hygienist did the cleaning it took a minimum of 30 minutes. I'm contacting Medicaid and scrutinizing the EOB. I'm also going to another dentist and will get confirmation of the 3 teeth she said have cavities. Taking advantage of handicapped individuals is outrageous. I'll report back after my visit to a trustworthy dentist.

Horrible experience I believe that your Dr. Hagigi at time I visited wasn't even a real doctor yet. I remember him because he was a friend of Femina Castro better known as doctor Mac. Never finished the job, lies all the time. Wants to handle six different patients at the same time. He is also involved with Indian magic and I heard from a friend of his that he has a way of causing people tooth pain, by making holes on a wall. I know because one time I found one and closed it up with my dad and my pain went away

Stay away from here!!!! Dentist is from the middle east, hardly speaks english, has a very strong accent, probably bought her degree, she doesnt know much about her field of work. Receptionists are rude and racist. The "dentist" fakes cavities to make more money, she did it for both of my kids. Their teeth were healthy, we switched to a way better dentist who told us their teeth were fine before going to this disaster of a dentist. Do not trust this dentist! She is in it for the money and does not care about your health and well being. We will never be returning to this dentist ever, i have warned all of my friends and family to stay away from here. Livingston mall is failing slowly and this dentist is part of the reason. I doubt she is even a real doctor, they should make her retake the dental exam in the USA, im sure she would fail, she has no idea about her field!!! This lady should have her license revoked! They always made us wait atleast 4 hours every appointment. She attends 5 patients at a time! Disaster!!!! Worst dentist in NJ by far! Any dentist is better than this one. This is my geniune opinion!

Explained that my daughter was in a lot of pain due to wisdom teeth and needed a referral. Was told she couldn't be seen until August 3 . Then I said well I'm gonna have to find another dentist to see her sooner and the nasty person who answered the phone hung up on me . Not a good way to get patients to stay . I do not recommend them.

Had acute pain ., was told the tooth was infected. , to take an Antibiotic. The pain would go away. in a few days . haven't been able to eat on that side. It's been months my appointment was scheduled in two months. The. Dentist went on vacation. They canceled my appointment. Was told it would months ... now that same tooth is not repaired .. been in acute pain this week. My new dentist advise me that this tooth is highy infected and it could have entered in my blood stream straight to my heart .... I'm praying that this antibiotic work and it's not late.. stay away from the popular male dentist ...and the female Dentist pushed down on my husbands teeth sooo hard he was in soo much pain he changed dentist. He never had a problem with these teeth before.

Very horrible place equipped with worst dentists. I visited Livingston Mall Dental for periodontics, however, the specialist was not a fake specialist, he did a very floppy job (almost nothing). However, they send the bill endlessly. I will sue this dental office officially. This should be got rid off from our community. What a shame to the mall!!

Avoid this place if you need dental care, whether preventive or otherwise. This pace exists only so the staff can charge your insurance company for supposedly providing services. Cleaning took 3 minutes, and the dentist took exactly 4 seconds to look at my open mouth (not kidding!) after which she literally said "I don't see anything wrong" and then offered whitening service which is not covered by insurance.

If I could give this place -10 stars I would. Don't even bother going if you're an emergency walk in. You'll be waiting for hours. The staff is extremely RUDE and incompetent. The cleaning I had the first time was horrible. The dentist had to follow up and scrape behind the dental assistant. The second time, which will be my last, the female who took the xrays was beyond rude and unprofessional. Worse dental experience I've ever had and I've had teeth extracted elsewhere so what does that tell you.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT TWO PM AND WHILE THEY WERE DRILLING THEY WERE LAUGHING AND SOCIALIZING I DRILLED MY GUM AND DIDNT GIVE A DAMN THEY WERE HURTING MY WELL BEING THIS PLACE SHOULD BE REPORTED AND CLOSED FOR BUSINESS BY BBB SOMEONE REPORT THEM AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PLACE

"Dr" ost or whatever her name is - is the single worst dentist you could end up with. They should rename this location Livingston Prison Dentistry . How the health department allows them to keep this location open in a town like Livingston is absolutely outrageous! Everything is filthy. Ancient equipment. Terrible front office staff that doubles as dental assistants. And than there's Ost the savage so called dentist who never saw a tooth she didn't want to either pull out or grind into a stub to put a crown on. Evil! Stay away or go and compound your already existing issue into a bigger problem for yourself!
