Originally from Eastern Oregon, Dr. Scott graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 2008 and has been part of the Livingston Dental Care family since 2009. He enjoys spending time outdoors wit his wife and three kids.
Elizabeth Blavatsky grew up in Havre, Montana. She attended Carroll College and received a B.A. in Dental Hygiene. She later attended the University of Minnesota and received her DDS degree in 1990. She moved back to Montana where she joined Dr. Theodore K. Kulaga and together they started Livingston Dental Care.
With views of beautiful Livingston Peak and the Sleeping Giant, our relaxed atmosphere and friendly service go hand in hand. Our offices offer OSHA approved cleanliness and are comfortable for patients from all walks of life. Modern technology, regular training, and an eye on current developments in dentistry research: we do everything to ensure your teeth get expert treatment. Dr. Walton was born and raised in Butte, Montana. She attended Montana State University in Bozeman and graduated with a degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry. Dr. Walton attended Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin prior to moving to Chicago, Illinois where she practiced for four years. Dr. Walton is so excited to be back home in Montana and treating patients in a community she has always loved.
We are constantly striving to moderate the cost of your dental treatments without compromising the highest standard of care. Therefore it is our policy to make financial arrangements before treatment is started.
Your dental insurance is an agreement between you, your employer and your insurance company. As a courtesy, we will file claims on your behalf and accept payments for routine exams, cleanings and x-rays, from carriers with whom we have an established relationship. For all additional treatment, payment is due at the time of service with the insurance benefits paid directly to you.
We are pleased to offer a formalized finance plan. This is a way to pay for your dental treatment with no up-front costs at time of service and an extended interest free payment period. This plan works for both insured and non-insured patients alike. Please ask if you are interested in this option.

There was a mix-up on Joe's appointment day. The office worked it out so that he could still have an appointment on the same day, just a different time. They are all caring, efficient and friendly.

Dr. Walton and Team are top notch! You can not ask for better service, professionalism, compassion, care and expertise. Our family felt that Dr. Walton and staff went above and beyond to care for our families needs and expectations. I had an a horrible experience here. After reading other reviews, I should have requested Dr. Tony. The dentist that they gave me was quite rude and unhelpful. I had a broken crown and they didn't carry the part needed to fix it. The dentist told me to go try and find another dentist, and that "it was not HER job" to help find parts or to refer me to another dentist that might be able to help...I won't mention HER by name, but I strongly recommend you check to see who will be your dentist before booking. I was truly shocked at how rude and dismissive SHE was!
