I called this office just a couple of weeks ago looking to see if they were taking new patients. I did not have a really bad toothache, just one that was bothering me, but I could see the cavity right there up front. What was really worse and down right horrible and embarrassing, was the fact that I had not been to see a dentist since almost before 2019. Its been so long, I forgot. I had not been to see a dentist in so long not because I didn't want to go and get my teeth cleaned and checked out, but it was because I could not afford it. I had just "recovered" from an unexpected expense. I had been in an accident, had to go on FMLA at work for 2-3 months and I even had to get at had to a loan from my bank to get through life until I could go back. Anyway, I just left their office. I just had to hop on here and write this review before the details left me. As I said, I knew it was going to be "bad" and yes, it was VERY bad!...After x-rays, I had six cavities total! He filled 3 this first visit. I go back in a few weeks to get the rest done. I had absolutely NO PAIN at all, not even when I had to shots to numb my mouth. These cavities were all along my gum line mostly, and in the front. I already have an upper and lower partial that I use for my back teeth. Once the cavities are done, we will create a treatment plan to get a better fit for those partials (they are so uncomfortable I can not eat with them in!) Another thing about this dentist and his staff...they are so nice! they did not make me feel embarrassed for my lack of care and understood my situation. Also, I did not have to wait at all to see him! I will try and post pics once I get stuff completed!

My wife called yesterday to see if you were taking new patients and asked if you took our insurance. She was informed that you were accepting new patients but told her no to the insurance question and proceeded to hang up with no further dicussion. Very rude!!

Dr K and his team are nothing short of amazing. He has been working on restoring my teeth with such great care and precision that I am so happy with his expertise. He's very kind and personable. He doesn't sugar coat things but doesn't make you feel bad about your situation. I recommend Liverpool Dentistry to anyone who needs a great dentist with a superb team.

Called to see what time frame they were looking at for new patients. Instead of answering my questions she was rude and asked who did my previous work, who did my last cleaning, and because they were 2 different dentists her response was "so you have been to 2 dentists and you didn't like them either?" As she is laughing. Simply called and asked a question, instead of answering my questions I was judged for seeing 2 dentist in the past. Called first thing this morning hoping to get a quick appointment, ANYWHERE. After I said "I don't see why you're being judgmental and not answering my question" she was quick to change her attitude. Do better.

The receptionist ann is absolutely rude. Everytime I called she is rude and gives me attitude. Called today to make and appt for my husband for his tooth that has been hurting him. She told me he hasn't been here in a while I said well yeah due to covid. She then gave me attitude and said umm no since 2016 I said ok will no need to have an attitude with me all I want to do is to make and appt. She proceeded to say well he doesnt exactly have a good track. Recored. I said what do u mean by that she said he no shows or cancels. I said not true injabe called and canceled each time and explained why due to him.being.stuck.at.work. I told her . I do no need this rude or attitude. I said indont need ur help I will go elese where. We will not be back. Needless to say I have had it with the rudeness this was not the first time. But the last. They lost our service and we have been going there for years

Fantastic experience! The staff was kind and welcoming. Dr. K is very thorough and went above and beyond for my dental needs. I will definitely be going back!

A family friendly and clean office. All the staff is welcoming and kind. Dr. K is knowledgeable and gentle. Anne and Patty at the desk always greet you with smiles and accommodate all of our insurance and scheduling needs! Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Kaltaler recently performed a cosmetic procedure to improve the appearance of my cavity filled front teeth and the result was incredible, beyond my expectations. My teeth now look natural and my smile has been restored! Rose D.

I haven't been to a dentist in years and was very nervous to make my appointment. When I got there they told me I needed a root canal (yikes!) and was immediately nervous. Doctors and dentists don't normally like me because I have such bad anxiety when it comes to them but my dentist and his assistant were great! The told me that it wasn't as bad as people say and helped me to relax more and they were totally right. The dentist talked me through everything he was doing and I didn't feel a thing. Very happy with them and I'll continue to go for my regular dental cleanings.

Liverpool Dentistry is awesome! Jeannine did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. My 7 -year - old daughter had a wonderful experience as well. Jeannine made my daughter feel very comfortable by thoroughly explaining what she was doing to her teeth. We both had X-Rays and again, Jeannine made us both very comfortable. Dr. K was friendly and kind with my daughter as he counted her teeth and examined her bite. It's obvious his patients mean a lot to him. I recommend Liverpool Dentistry to everyone, even children. We both left the office with new toothbrushes, toothpaste and a toy from the treasure chest!

I've had my first two crowns completed by Dr. Kaltaler. They were each done pain free and feeling great!! I also experienced my first shot of novocaine ever by Dr. Kaltaler... It was amazing..No reason to fear the shot. Dr. Kaltaler is truly a master at maintaining a true pain free experience and outstanding professional outcome. I highly recommend Liverpool Denistry for all your dental needs.
