This location told me they would refund the overcharged amount back to my card but its been 4 months and it still has not be refunded as requested. They are now hanging up on me as soon as I call. The owner Dr. Lopez refused to even listen to my complaint. They always say they will call me back but they have NEVER called me back once.

We moved to the west coast about 2 years ago and tried several dentists before finally finding Livermore Smiles. They are not close to where we live but worth taking the 20+ minute drive for their professionalism, efficiency, cleanliness and friendliness. Lastly, to seal the deal Jasmine at the office went beyond to help me when one of my sons had an emergency. She was patient, thorough and followed up with me as promised, beyond impressive!

Dr. Punch and team are phenomenal!! I have 4 kiddos and he has done all of their braces. We trust him implicitly. I've had other dentist comment on his amazing work while doing cleanings on my kiddos.

I've been a patient of Livermore smiles for more than 10 years and they never failed to give a great customer service. All staff were great esp Amanda, kristle and Dr.Lopez. Very professional. That is why i recommend them to all my employees and friends.

This office treated me such thoughtfulness and kindness. I only had one other Dentist treat me this way and they were my Dental Provider for 16 years until my dentist retired. I am so happy to have found a new provider that I can trust and more importantly am completely comfortable in their care.

The check in process is painful, I felt like I was being attacked by hygienist and was told twice I did not feel what I felt. Dentist is fantastic, the only bright spot. I said once before I would not go back. No one will take my insurance. I'll change my insurance. It is a huge conglomerate and they appear to have completely lost touch with the customer experience.

I was trying to schedule an appointment but I was put on hold for over 20 mins. The front office is worse than scheduling a call with DMV/IRS. Terrible customer experience. I would definitely not recommend this place

Awful. Got 2 crowns here and they both have broken in under 2 years. I paid thousands of dollars for these. Meanwhile my crown made by a university student in 2004 is still going strong. Trash quality dentist.

Do not go here. It was great at first but it's awful now. They never answer their phones and they continously cancel appts for me and my daughter. Not to mention they force you to use their website to check in for your appt and if you dont, you lose your appt. I've been trying to pay my bill for WEEKS now and their dumb website does not work!!! Everytime i call they don't answer!! I will not be coming back and i will not refer my family nor friends to this place. Also, their staff do not communicate with each other. I was almost scheduled for a filling that i already had filled the present day. They also tried to overcharge me $100 for a cavity by saying it was a fracture. It wasn't until half way thru my procedure i heard the dentist say its a CAVITY instead of "fracture". Once i heard that, they dropped the $100 charge for the "fracture" and changed it to cavity. Dont waste your time here.

First brought our kids here years ago and they were great. But we always had problems with them adding my younger kids to my ex wife contact info and not letting their own mother have access to their info. Now we've left them and they restricted my wife from accessing their files to transfer them to new dentist. This place has been canceling appointments over the past year then telling wife they are overdue and getting on her bout it. The receptionists are always rude when trying to figure things out. And the doctors are never around. I wouldn't take my kids there if you can avoid it.

Not great. My first visit was okay; I had a painful tooth (obviously needed a root canal), and there was some miscommunication as to whether they would do that for me or not (I thought they said they would, but the dentist took one look at me and referred me to an endodontist, which is sort of a wasted step.) The referral was fine, though, to an endodontist in Pleasanton. They did do my crown after the root canal, though, and that was fine. (They even use this fancy CNC milling machine to make it in house.) Second time (when I didn't need anything special) was fine. This time, I called weeks ago for an appointment, but the person apparently had a problem with the appointment software, but checked with the dentist, and confirmed my appointment. Apparently they never recorded this, though, and the front desk staff were angry with me for asking how long I'd have to wait to see if the dentist could see me (apparently she was away on lunch break for the indeterminate future). They did eventually sort this out (an hour later). They say it's a new software system that they haven't figured out/got working yet, which seems plausible (indeed, they're now using some dental version of Epic). They even put my visit on the wrong patient record, and now everything is thoroughly screwed up, paperwork-wise. TL;DR version: patient care is good; administratively kind of a dumpster fire.

When I was referred to Livermore smiles I was hopeful that they would be able to help me with my dental needs. They were able to do an emergency crown and that's great. Since the initial visit in August it has been nothing but a big pain dealing with them. I had another tooth that needed to be addressed. I was told I needed to have a specialist look at it to confirm if I could have a crown or if it needed to be pulled. The tooth was dead but had two major cracks and was causing me a great deal of pain. This was back in Sept of 2020. It is now mid Jan and I have yet to get an appointment with their oral surgeon after leaving multiple requests for an appointment. Last week I finally got an appointment and then received a call telling me they had to change it because they shouldn't have scheduled me for the time they did. This is absolutely unacceptable and I have now decided to find a new dentist. So disappointed as I really liked the hygienist.

I moved and still kept going to them, I like the dentist, staff is nice too. But lately was so hard to get a hold of them. My appointments and times kept getting moved around. And not to mention I had to pay for everything I did, even with insurance! Found a new dentist closer to home, super nice, and paid minimal copay, if any. Same insurance.
