I chose dentistry for the same reason I chose the holistic, minimally invasive approach: I like the fact that I can impact peoples lives in a positive way.I love my work. I get to educate people; work with them on their oral and overall health; it can really change their life..its exciting! Our advanced technology is less painful, and theres less need for repair; its more about prevention. People like the new no-fear dentistry. I understand Im a patient too. Onlays are a good example: Theyre less painful, they require one visit instead of two, and theres less risk of root canals later.
Born in Toronto, Canada, Dr. Chang has called Snohomish County, Washington home for more than 14 years. He loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. If he has time, you might get the hidden extrovert in him to entertain you with his amazing juggling talents!
You wouldnt know it by his calm, quiet manner, but Dr. Chang loves to play (and win), at hockey. Windsurfing is a real thrill for him too. A lover of music, hes pretty skilled at the piano, and is learning the ukulele.
I aspire to be a good example to my children, community, and profession in everything I do. I really feel like its a privilege to work with service organizations. Im honored that so many people put their complete trust and confidence in me.

Dr. Chang received his Mastership Award, one of the most respected achievementswithin the dental profession. Only 1% of all dentists in the U.S. complete this rigorous academic challenge. To earn this, he completed 1,100 hours of dental continuing education, joining only 2200 other Masters in the country, who have gone above and beyond the basic requirements.
Regan chose dentistry after becoming a dental assistant right out of high school. After five years working as an assistant, she found her niche in the dental front office and has been loving her role ever since.
Early mornings and crisp fall daysare two of Regans favorite things. She is a Seahawks fan through and through, and never misses a game. Regan appreciates a warm mug of quality, roasted coffee and loves classic mac-n-cheez.
Regan lives by the mantra I am perfect, strong, beautiful work in progress. Regans list of to-dos fits her personality; challenging and physical. She is consistently bettering herself and those around her.
San Diego was Regans home before moving to Washington in 2006. She still visits San Diego as often as she can to visit her family and friends. She loves her two pets: her 11 year old Corgi named Huey and her kitten Diego, named after her hometown.
Celia joined Live Well Dental Center because of her passion for healthy living. She has over 20 years over of health care experience, after getting a degree in Communications. She landed in dental care by accident but chose to stay because she loves it!
Born and raised right here in the Pacific Northwest, Sara and her husband are the proud parents of three daughters. Three adorable girls the same agetriplets! Finding out she was pregnant with this amazing trio tops her list as the most memorable moment in her life. Imagine that!
Sara has two AA degrees, both earned locally. She was encouraged to pursue a career in the dental industry by her mom and the front office has been a perfect fit for her organized and outgoing personality.
Hot and spicy is how she likes her Thai food, and ice cream laced with peanut butter are among Saras favorites.When she can find a quiet moment she likes to read and shes also a steadfast Seattle Seahawks fan. When asked what shes most proud of, Sara quickly states her marriage. Shes known her husband for 25 years and wisely says, it hasnt always been easy, but its always been worth it.
As life unfolds, Saras life is sure to be rich and diverse. She intends to learn how to play the acoustic guitar and travel through Europe, especially Ireland. The people, the pubs and the castles have been on her bucket list since high school, and she intends to check these off one by one.
Kim treasures her three dogs and two cats, which she lovingly refers to as her fur babies. She also thoroughly appreciates both Thai food and Chick-Flicks, as well as good old country music. She is most proud of her husband and her children. Her husband served our country for 25 years in the Navy, and her kids aregenuinely caring people, whichmakes her feel that theyll be successful in navigating through the challenges of life.
Born in Washington, Kim began traveling after marrying her Navy man. They have lived all around Washington and California on many different Navy bases. She aspires to travel to other countries to provide dental care for children who cant afford it.
a breath of fresh of air! She was born in the Ukraine, is fluent in Ukrainian but has been in the U.S. since she was just a wee one (less than one year old). Having attended college for dental assisting, Innas long-term goal is to become a dental hygienist. Shes smart and personable, so we know she wont have any problems reaching her goals (we just hope shell stay with us forever)!
Away from work Inna loves to travel, one exceptionally fond memory was her road trip across the USA from Washington to Florida in 2018. She also loves to hike and gorge on Italian food with her friends.

Dr. Chang and the entire staff are fantastic. They listen and follow through with all of your concerns and questions. Since I don't have dental insurance and I am a loyal patient who goes to every 6 month cleaning Dr. Chang has a wonderful savings plan for folks like me. No lectures or pressure to use fluoride. Live Well Dental offers the best holistic approach to dental care!

My mom lost a cap from her tooth. She was a patient here and recently had a cleaning and an exam within the last year. She called because she was in pain. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful. She insisted my mom needed another cleaning and appointment even though she had already had one on file. She just wanted the cap fixed to get through the holidays because she was in so much pain. The receptionist, Sarah, was so rude she even hung up on my mom. This was confirmed when my mom tried to call back and reach her. The other receptionist said Sarah had walked away. When she finally called back, she told my mom they couldnt get her in for 10 weeks. Outrageous! My 78 year old mom did not deserve this treatment.

This is the best dental care I have ever received. People often have the idea in their head that holistic is somehow less advanced that is not true at all. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist so much I highly recommend this place!

What a wonderful place to receive dental care!! It is such a peaceful environment with very skilled and personal staff, from reception to doctor. Rita, my hygienist, always takes great care to explain what and why she is doing each treatment and is very respectful of personal space. Dr. Chang is also very gentle and skilled, such that you hardly know he is doing an exam. Don't look anywhere else!
