Called in to cancel my appointment on the day of due to getting called into work and the secretary that takes the calls was very rude about it. She got an attitude with me for canceling same day and wasn't very considerate of the various life situations that pop that would require you to cancel an appointment. I don't need the secretary trying to teach me a lesson over the phone.

Very professional and friendly. The hygienists are very careful. Bruce has been taking care of my teeth for years. He has a lot of experience and I trust him 100%
