Very unprofessional has no idea how to talk with the patient. I wish I never went there. He has very bad communication.

This guy is very unprofessional very disrespectful has no clue what he's doing look like a mental sick do not go there at all. He has no manners how to talk and he cannot speak any language . Super Duper confused person.

Thank you doc for seeing me today. I got Healthplex dental insurance and no one in Rochester wants to see me. Thank you for making my appointment so soon and explaining what I should do. My sister comes to you and she is very happy. You are a pleasure.

Pros: took my insurance, got me in quickly, Dr. Litvinov has a good sense of humor, good parking. Cons: no explanation about there not being a hygienist to normalize the experience and/or put me at ease, did not show me the x-rays after letting me know I had two cavities, wasn't offered anything to rinse my mouth with (literally had to pick shards of tooth out of my mouth after the fillings), wasn't shown my teeth in a mirror after the cavities were filled, wasn't offered anything to wipe the drool off my face, one of the fillings was very rough and bumpy and I ended up going back to my old dentist and paying out of pocket when pieces of the filling continued to fall out when flossing (she ended up smoothing the remaining part of the filling down at no cost). So, I won't be going back, but I do hope Dr. Litvinov will consider implementing some changes (many that require very little effort) that will make his patients feel more comfortable, valued, and/or confident they'll be receiving quality dental care. My experiences were extremely different from every other dental practice I've been to. I don't believe a patient should have to advocate for truly basic services (I was so taken aback, it did not occur to me to ask to see the x-ray, ask for a swish of water to get the pieces of tooth out of my mouth that he saw me picking out, ask for paper towel to wipe up my drool, etc.). I truly hope changes are made to make this review obsolete!

Lazy dentist - the cleaning I had done was rushed and sub par- the cavities I had fixed were problematic and or not fixed properly- the tooth I had pulled had bone coming out weeks after, the chip I had fixed still needs work- needless to say I am not going back.

Called take an appointment and left message on voicemail, never heard back. This is not a good start, even if they are or not accepting patience, should still call a potential client back.

I have a terrible fear of going to the dentist, but Dr. Litvinov and Judy are both very personable people! It is a smaller practice stationed in a home which made me feel much more comfortable rather than being in a large commercial setting. I am confident that my concerns were addressed accordingly. I am happy to be a patient here!

I was suppose to get my braces done in May but he said I need a deep cleaning. I called the office many time to see if they ready to do it but they alway said they will leave the doctor the message. They suppose to follow up on my case and update me on what going on instead of having me calling many time and still don't get an answer. Horrible service.

I had an appt made and was going to be a new patient, however I decided to call back and cancel it after a rude and offensive conversation with the doctor himself. The office kept calling me relentlessly to confirm my appt, which is understandable that they want to confirm. However with having 4 kids at home, I do not have my phone on me at all times. I wasnt given enough time to even call back as they kept calling me. Then I was able to answer on one of the calls and it was the doctor. Explained why they needed a confirmation due to covid and people not showing up, again, understandable. It was not until the rude comment that he made that rubbed me the wrong way. I had asked why they kept calling me so many times as I was going to call back to confirm this appt. I am on a Medicaid managed plan and he replied with people on Medicaid managed plans tend to not make their appts. This was very offensive and not ok as I haven't ever missed any type of appts and if I have to, I will call in advance. Judging people and putting them in a different category based on their insurance type is very wrong in many ways. Needless to say, I will not ever do business with them or recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Litvinov explains the dental problems and made me understand how to fix my issue. He is a great guy. He helped my pregnant sister to get out of pain in the summer. I appreciate his concern for my dental situation.

Dr. Litvinov has been my Dentist for many years. He is kind, compassionate and does Excellent Work. He created the best fitting partial I've ever had and I'm so thankful for that. I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend him!
