She is excited to now be working in a pediatric dental office! As the oldest of 4 siblings, she knows how to help kids feel comfortable and safe during their dental visits. She is amazing when it comes to welcoming our little new patients in for their visit and introducing them to a dental setting! In her spare time, she loves to watch movies and spend time with her family!

Required qualities for our applicants are a friendly smile, a genuine concern for others and love of teamwork, and being a people person. We are highly selective in hiring because taking excellent care of patients is what keeps our families happy and returning for a lifetime of dental care. Respect, a caring attitude, and a good work ethic never go out of style.

Happy and satisfied with the service my son received. I was referred to Little Teeth Big smiles after having issues with our previous pediatric dentist office who would constantly reschedule on the last minute. My son was seen by Carlos and Dr Kelsey which treated my son with great care, they took care of a problem that had been bothering my son for weeks. I would recommend Carlos and Dr Kelsey to any parents looking for a pediatric dentist. Very friendly practice from the front office staff to the Doctors you and your kids will be in great hands.

My 6 and a half year old son had a dentist visit with Karina as his dental assistant. Out of all of the previous visits in other facilities, little teeth big smiles gave, by FAR,, the most exceptional care my son has ever received. Karina was amazing at walking my son through all the steps and keeping him calm through the entire procedure, and his dentist also participated in making sure his experience was as calming and entertaining as possible while providing in depth details on all of the findings in my sons teeth. Would highly recommend everyone with children to make this dentist office their main facility!

Karina and Dr.Josh are amazing. My little one has sensory issues my husband said Karina held his hand during the entire process and gave him a few things for comfort. The place was clean and it was just an amazing experience. My little one kept showing off his clean teeth to everyone. Highly recommend

This was our 2nd appointment and I can't say enough wonderful things. The waiting area is very kid friendly and the staff is warm and kind. My toddler is 21 months and this was his first cleaning. The dentist was patient and answered all of my questions. She and the hygienist both knew the best way to handle my son in order to minimize tears. Coco melon was playing on the tv, they helped me sing songs, and they gave him a goodie bag with stickers, toys, and a toothbrush after. He left smiling, which made me smile. I can't recommend this dentist office enough for small children. They make the dentist fun!

My daughter had a fall at school and they were able to treat her as an emergency. She was so scared and the staff was incredible with her. They talked about one of her interests that I filled out in her form and they made her comfortable. Thank you for making this visit less scary for my daughter.

Amazing service! Friendly staff, polite, knowledgeable and accommodating! Appointment was right on schedule, literally no wait time! They let you know up front what's going to be done as well as if you're expected to pay out of pocket costs! I'll be sad when my daughter is too old to for their services.
