READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO! Wish I would have!! Took my son for the first time, and couldn't wait to leave. Not what I expected as a pediatric dentist.. Totally miss the mark for a children's dental office. They took my son back to "clean" his teeth, we were in a small room with four other children and their parents having their teeth "cleaned" as well. Then the dentist came over, not very kid friendly at all.. Kiss your privacy goodbye because in that place there is none.. The dentist openly discussed the findings of the x-rays in front of me and the other patients in that room which I did not appreciate.. In our case, my son needed a bit of work done. So they say... On our way out, we were told that he would need to be put under anesthesia, and that insurance does not cover it, the first hour was quoted at $700 out of pocket followed by $150 for every 15 minutes after that. I expressed my concern as a mother, not wanting to put my child through all of that dental work at one time. They basically told me everything had to be done at one time or they would not do it at all. There was no other option for the anesthesia, and I was told I was welcome to get a second opinion.. which I will happily do!!

Little smiles is great I love them and they have never been rude. The customer service is great and the treating and cleanings aren't pain full at all. My sister and I have gone to many other dentist and little smiles is the best.

Same experience as other parents here. Dentist refused to work on my children without sedation. Didn't even try it. Insisted that 8-year-old be fully sedated before any work could be done. Insisted on laughing gas for 6-year old (For some reason the younger one did not need full sedation. Nothing was explained by them.) This is all with them knowing full-well that all of the sedation had to be paid for out-of-pocket. They also insist that sedation be paid for IN-FULL (anywhere from $285 for laughing gas to $1200 for full sedation) by credit card over the phone before they were even willing to book an appointment. The dentist was extremely condescending; laughed at me when I had questions. Then refused to speak to me about my questions on sedation. She just kept sending the receptionist back with, "The sedation is required."

Updating experience Aug 2022 Blindsided! My family was with the office since around 2013 (9 years). On Aug. 19 I received a letter stating "since your family has refuse treatment we can we no longer provide dental care". During my visit Aug 17 Dr J recommended his treatment plan and wanted to know when it will be done. I explain 1. We have to save money to cover the anesthesia fee of $850 because it's expensive or 2. We located another office where anesthesia fee is a little more affordable. Dr J said "yes, please get a 2nd opinion but here in the inland empire those are the prices there are going for". Next, as a parent I have to see wants affordable for our family needs since total treatment cost $1,213.00. Plus I have dental insurance. Dr J has always says "I have no control over the anesthesia fee". Yet, his turning my children away because I express a concern over his prices. I strongly believe maybe have two different anesthesia Dr on staff. DR J has demonstrates more loyalty to his anesthesia friend then his patients. In addition, I see the issue is as long as your paiding for the treatment everything is great. I paid a couple of thousands of dollars for my oldest son treatments for 9 years. I finally see what's happening this is an expensive office. Be careful it happened to me and it can happen to you in a blink of an eye. I am shock. Finally, Dr J's Orthodontist services is even more expensive. I already paid around $3,000 for Phase 1. They estimates another $4,000 for Phase 2 with a discount applied. My insurance was max out during Phase 1. Old review ... My children have been with Dr. Jimenez for six years. The office has been great with my son's care and respectful. Recently my son needed extended dental care and my insurance only paid a portion. I was referred to another center where my insurance could cover 100% of the procedure. I was pleased with the office because they where concern about my son who needed the procedure regardless if they did or did not received a payment. They completely understood me as a parent. The office is great!

My 5 year old daughter had to have a filling here and they are soooo good with kids. She was scared going in but the girls in the office made it such a fun experience for her. They are highly knowledgeable and know exactly what to say to ease the nerves. I highly recommend this office.

I should have read the reviews before I took my kids here. They waste you time and money and do not care about the child or family's needs.

I feel like Little smiles is rude. Their go-to is pulling out my three year olds front two teeth with a little cavity in it. I don't know how or why they would think like that so she can go until she's 7 years old until they go back in? They're thinking does it make sense to me

We had been going to Little Smiles in the past but due to insurance we had to switch to another dentist for some time and that was not pleasant. Thankfully our entire family has been back for a few years now and we love them. I appreciate the fact that we can all go to the same place for our services. The entire staff has always been very kind and professional and has eased my child's fear of the dentist. We are always greeted with a smile and they are always on time. We love them all!

Excellent staff and dentist! Everyone is nice and professional. I take both of my kids here and feel they are cared for very well. Kids like the "forest" atmosphere.

We received terrible, negligent service. The office person, Emerald is a lying witch with a capital b. If you're into being rescheduled due to no fault of your own, and not receiving accurate quotes (by Emerald) or not receiving doctor services as promised, then definitely go here. Otherwise...run from this place. They treat their wallets before their patients. Terrible, unethical service here.

This was our family dentist. I scheduled myself and the kids one week and then my husband the week after. I took the kids in and was told that they each had a small cavity that we could either fill or put a "patch" on and watch for 6 months. Since these were baby teeth, I agreed as long as it was covered by insurance. They checked and assured me it was 100% covered and they could do it right away. The minor procedure was done on both kids. The following week, when my husband arrived for his appointment, he was told that there was a balance on our account of $163.00 and would he like to pay that off. He agreed and then asked me why I didn't pay the dentist. I assured him that there was no balance remaining and that everything was covered by insurance. The office staff then told him that the procedure in fact was not covered and we needed to pay out of pocket. I would not have done this the month before Christmas if I knew it was not covered. I find it appalling that no one from the office reached out to me to let me know that they made a mistake, they just hit my husband up for an overdue balance. Very unprofessional, as I feel a call would have been more than appropriate to explain their mistake

Absolutely love this Dentist office! So kid friendly! My 4 year old loves getting her picture taken for the cavity free club and watching tv while she gets a cleaning is a plus! The staff is so friendly and accommodating, very easy to book appointments. The Dentist and dental hygienists all take their time and listen to concerns the parents or children have. Over all a great place and atmosphere

This office is trained to lie to the kids and the parents about what will happen to them during certain procedures. They will not tell you or the kids that they will get a shot when going in for a cavity fill. They literally never give you full information. My kids' friend had the same experience, and was absolutely traumatized. I would never ever recommend this dental office.

Dr. J, Dr. Shin, and all office staff were excellent with me and my son. Front office staff was extremely friendly and helpful in making appointments, explaining costs of procedures, and keeping me up to date during the procedure. The facilities are very clean, welcoming, and themed appropriately for young children. Dr. Shin did the initial evaluation and was super friendly and patient with me when I had a ton of questions. Dr. J performed the procedures and couldn't be more professional and personable. He made sure we understood everything involved before and after and we felt very comfortable knowing our son was taken care of every step of the way. It took only 2 hours for my son to fully recover from the anasthesia and he was up and running and playing. Dr. Trevor Holloway was the anasthesiologist and was knowledgeable and professional. Fun fact, Dr. J is also an anasthesiologist, so if your kiddo has to be put to sleep you have two anasthesiologists in the room for added peace of mind. We would absolutely use Little Smiles again and we highly recommend them.
