A new and very effective technology we use at Little Smiles of Orange Countyis 3-D Imaging. This particular advancement helps us visualize everything we cannot see with our own eyes. 3-D Imaging gives us the ability to detect what is going on between your teeth, determine bone density levels, and analyze the overall health of your teeth and jaws. More importantly for an Dentist, it enables us to examine the nerves and roots of your teeth, so we can assess your situation and determine which treatment plan will work best.
As dental technology has continued to develop over the years, the goal has really been to heighten patient comfort and to help achieve optimum results. Little Smiles of Orange County is happy to offer Digital X-Rays which is a safer and more convenient way help diagnose underlying issues. Digital X-Rays offer a variety of benefits over its traditional counterpart which include a reduction of radiation exposure by about 90 percent and less wait time. The process for Digital X-Rays is similar to traditional dental X-rays where a sensor is inserted into your mouth to capture images of your teeth but rather than waiting for the film to be developed, the image is projected onto a screen for your doctor and staff to access.

His connections in the dental industry, and more importantly, his experience as the Chief Dental Officer of a successful multi-location DSO is invaluable. Dr. Harvey also serve as the Chief Dental Officer of Health Smiles. At Healthy Smiles for Kids of Orange County, Dr. Harvey oversees all clinical programs, including Smiles X-Press Teledentistry, an innovative new dental initiative serving classrooms and community sites.

Took my son today to his dental cleaning, he was super excited he was going to see the dentist. First time meeting Dr Meschi and the staff. Let me tell you he loved them all!! His visit started with Danae checked us in and we're brought in with Ailee, she took his X-rays and did his cleaning. Unfortunately, my son had a little cavity to be fixed he was not expecting that but then Dr Meschi and Rebecca helped him get rid of his cavity . As a parent I think I was more nervous for him lol he took it as champ. Thank you ladies for taking care of my little one

If I could give Little smiles of OC 10 stars I would , honestly I was so anxious coming in with my son as he usually gets so scared of dentists visits ,but he had a great time . Everyone at the reception was so welcoming and accommodating and even gave him a tour of the office before starting . Rebecca did an excellent Job and Dr Maryam answered all my questions . Overall highly recommend !

My son had to have a crown done recently. He was very nervous and hadn't had a very good experience with laughing gas previously. We got there and Miss Jessica, our hygienist, absolutely saved the day! She was happy, calm, connected with Brad on things he was interested in, and made him completely comfortable. I am so grateful for Miss Jessica! Dr. Harvey was able to get in and get the crown done in no time because she had him so calm and ready. The front office staff was also extremely helpful and accommodating to Brad, letting him pick out the show for everybody to watch. I love this practice!

Doctors and nurses are very nice. But one of the receptionist was acting like I owe her some money. Very unprofessional and impatient, when I checking the next available appointment with her, she shows me that don't bother me face. And also showed me the wrong bill and wrong appointment time.

I love bringing my daughter here,she absolutely loves and gets excited when she knows she's going to see Dr Harvey. She does really well with him and he's so patient, understanding, and is just an amazing dentist. I live in riverside and I make the drive out to Irvine because he's well worth it!

Little smiles of OC is the best dentistry for kids. We have been coming here for well over 10 years and they have always done an excellent job. From routine cleanings to braces, they have taken the best care of my child, who is always happy to pay them a visit. All the staff are very professional, very attentive and knowledgeable, they take the time to listen and explain the process and never pressure you.

We have been taking our kids to little smiles for years. The office staff is always friendly and supportive. We've been seeing Dr Harvey, but over the years we are often seen by new dentists in the practice and every time it is a good experience. Most recently we saw Dr. Tasker who was very helpful with our dental emergency. Thank you Little Smiles!

I am so impressed with Little Smiles! I took my 15 month old for her first appointment and she did not handle it well, but the staff and dentist were so friendly and understanding and made the process as painless as possible. I was also worried about the normal guilt trip that dentists usually give and there was none of that! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service right at the receptionist. You feel at home even before the staff attends to you. Besides, they have excellent technology in diagnosing dental problems with children even before they are noticeable and they treat them with utmost care and respect.

Dr Harvey was the most amazing Dr. He took the time to help our daughter with her anxiety. He stopped the extraction and fillings by rubbing her forehead and count with her until she felt calm and much better. Thank you for being so awesome for our little ones. I highly recommend Dr Harvey for all parents with young kids. Thank you Dr Harvey and Team for being extra amazing.

My children have been patients at Little Smiles of OC for the past decade. They both look forward to going to the dentist! Now how many people can say that? My younger child has autism, and they are simply amazing with him. Highly recommended! Dr. Harvey is the best!
