The room is too open. Three patients in one room. Everyone hears your business. NO PATIENT PRIVACY. The ( Doctor S )comes and announced so loud that everyone knows how much cavity your child has in their mouth. And reprimands of not brushing ( etc) You see the other Moms looking and listening, you can't help not hearing what's been said. Staff is very nice though..My 14 was very embarrassed to have a roomful of people hear the condition of her mouth. And what insurance covers or doesn't cover. I'm looking for another Dentist.

We have 3 kids going here for several years. The staff and Dr. have always been great with my kids. My son was scared at 1st and they didn't rush or scare him. They were patient and kind with him, many times. Last time he sat with them by himself! Yay They are a great team and we are happy to be with them.

Avoid at all costs. If not, see for yourself. Good luck.

Dr. Sirage has to be the worst, most unethical and unprofessional dentist in this field. The owner should be ashamed to employ him. The front desk staff is absolutely the worst. They don't believe in customer service at this practice. Don't waste your time by going to this dentist. He lied about my son needing silver crowns. I went to another dentist and he got white fillings. They must make more insurance money for crowns. I really feel like the service my kids got was below a one star rating. Stay away from this terrible practice! Especially Dr Sirage!

My daughter has been at this office for about two years now. Dr. Spencer is pleasant to talk to. Since day one, he has been wonderful in providing her the best course of treatments. She has unique circumstances with her teeth. Front desk staff is also pleasant to work with.

I've been taking both my children to this office since their first dental visit at the age of one. I've had many issues with them, but I always managed to talk myself out of finding a new practice because it is rare to find an office with Saturday appointments. The first major issue was five years ago when Dr. Mohamed Sirage informed me that my 8-year son would need a root canal. He said I would need to find an orthodontist to perform it. He sent me on a wild goose chase because they offered no referrals to any other practices. I called many offices, of course, they all informed me that they would never perform that type of procedure on someone of his age. Rightfully so! Finally, I found a very nice orthodontist in West Palm Beach who correctly addressed the issue. He had genetic weakening with his back moral, but the ortho was able to fix it. He also said this was something the dentist should have been able to do himself. Months of frustration could have been avoided had the dentist cared enough to try. However, my breaking point was this last visit. My daughter is 8 and she was having a difficult time with her cleaning. She started to get upset and I could tell that the dental assistant was getting frustrated. When we left, I asked what the issue was, and she said that the woman whispered under her breathe, "you're a little brat." If you are in the dental field and working with children, you should know how to conduct yourself. These are KIDS and a dentist's office can be a scary place. I would steer clear of this office if you are looking for a pediatric dental professional. Dr. Sirage is dismissive, he is just there on Saturdays to collect insurance seeing as he barely looks at your child's X-rays, gives curt recommendations, and then he leaves. He also gives off an air that all the parents he speaks with are beneath him and horrible parents at that. I ask you, if I were such a neglectful parent would I be bringing my children every six months for a cleaning and check-up? The front desk staff is just as unfriendly and short. I am a patient person and I have given them the benefit of the doubt for years. However, I now know that patience and grace are exactly what they are lacking.

We have been coming here for at least seven years. We love everyone here. From the front desk to the hygienist, to the dentist. And what I love is the honesty and options. Not EVERYONE needs braces, so they don't try to sell you on them. For the kids, the cleaning is fast so there isn't too much complaining. Thank you for being a great dentist!!

I am in outer outrage with this establishment , the last time being here was November 25th 2020 to get my braces in after waiting for the holidays to past. My next appointment was set for January 6th 2021 , all of a sudden i was told my appointment is now moved ALL THE WAY to february 7th 2021 WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR APPROVAL, not only that they claim that i was contacted the day before which someone noted and of course that was false. I am totally disappointment with these office HELP / so called staffers at Little smile dental Boynton Beach .No regards for paying patients and very unapologetic. I am used to a month by month visit not seeing the Orthodontist every three months how ridiculous Kaydeen S .

If I could give them no stars I would. The place is beautiful but the service is awful. I sat and waited in the waiting room for my appointment and they had an emergency and asked me is it ok for them to take someone before me I told them go right ahead because I understand and I then went into the bathroom and they took my daughter and pulled her tooth without me being in the room. I was very upset because they didn't wait for the medication to set in so my daughter was in pain. Mind you I wasn't in the bathroom long so I know the medication didn't have an affect just as yet. When I asked the dentist why he didn't wait knowing I waited on them for so long the lady at the front desk jumped in my conversation and was very rude and unprofessional she started yelling and I started yelling back at her and the dentist stood there and do not say anything. I told them that they are very unprofessional me took my kids from there.

My daughter had a dental emergency. I called her regular dentist office. They could not see her for weeks to see what was going on. I then called Little Smile Dental and they were able to see her the same day I called. I was so relieved! The office is clean. The staff was very friendly and the Dr. was great. Answered my questions. I didn't feel rushed. Wait time was just a few minutes before she was seen. I was so impressed and relieved! Needless to say this will be my childrens new dentist. I recommend.

At first i was pleased ,but took time off work, waited 2 weeks for appt, came in and filled paperwork for them to tell me they cant verify my sons eligibility.after 50 minutes on phone with 3 different insurance lines,(that told them his coverage is good),,but my son still couldnt be seen because they couldnt see on their end.waste of time off work and 30 minute drive each way,,my money paid to insurance and nothing done for my son. If only they checked PRIOR to my arrival i wouldnt be so upset!
