Office has poor communication with parents. We last went to this office April 2020 and then moved out of state June 2020. September 2022, the office texts me stating a balance was due and if not paid by end of day, the account would be sent to collections. The office verified they had sent mail to our old address beginning December 2020 at which point the forwarding address no longer applied (it is for 6 months) and sent a total of 5 statements via mail and no other form of communication attempted. The employee who texted me called me same day and was condescending and rude, trying to make it appear this is my fault for not receiving the mail. I would recommend they try other forms of communication when balances are due than simply mail. The work done by the newer dentist brought in winter of 2019 (cannot recall her name) did terrible work. My child had 2 cavities filled, both fillings fell out summer of 2020. I am disappointed by how the office conducts themselves and the quality of dental care received that has had to be fixed by a new dentist office.

The atmosphere here is extremely kid friendly. I never thought kids could be excited for dental visits but our kids love coming here. Weather it's a routine cleaning, cavity filling, or even teeth pulling for dental visits, our kids feel so comfortable here with such friendly and comforting staff! The team here has done an exceptional job of creating such a welcoming environment!

Services are pathetic. You might expect a bill after 9 months of dental procedures. They care for profits more than patients.

We have been going to Little Rockies for years. My daughter has struggled with some mental health and is a complete germaphobe. Due to these struggles it's been a huge battle to get her to get dental care. I finally was able to get her to agree to come and the staff was beyond amazing, they made sure she felt safe and comfortable. They went above and beyond to communicate with her what they were doing and make sure she was ok. Making her feel normal and heard was huge and they provided such a positive dental experience. Thank you Vanessa and Dr. Julie for being amazing!

We went to little Rockies for a couple of years, my oldest daughter had 4 cavities and needed two caps, so we opted for dr Brady to do it in office and to have the company come in and put my daughter under, every thing seemed fine, then he sold the practice to the new dentist and it was time for a cleaning, so we came did the cleaning on both of my kids and x rays and they sent us on our way, then we get a bill, I've never got a bill before for just a cleaning and x rays. I checked in the office before hand and was told I would owe nothing. So I was annoyed and called and they said that unfortunately I owed the money and my insurance didn't cover it. So I'm upset pay the bill and I decide we are going to a new dentist. Well 6 months pass it's time for our next cleaning and my daughter is complaining that her mouth hurts. Well the new dentist does the cleaning and takes X rays and come to find out the old fillings are "leaking" and you can see a cavity in both x rays, the ones little Rockies took 6 months ago and on the new x rays. So now my daughter had to get 2 more caps on teeth that should have been fixed previously and had the dentist at little Rockies said there was an issue 6 months ago we wouldn't have had to do a baby root canal probably just a cap.

My son has been going to Little Rockies for 9 years. We loved Dr. Brady, the staff was friendly and everything was transparent and then the practice was sold. We took our son in for a cavity to be filled and were told he needed a cap. They had told us that it would all be paid for by insurance. When we showed up for the appointment we were hit with a big bill. We told them that we were told that it would be covered by insurance. The bill was corrected, then after they started putting our son under gas they told us that we needed to get another tooth fixed because the fillings that were put in by them previously had failed and they hit us with a new bill and told us that we had to pay right then and there before treatment could continue, with my son being fully numbed. We told them that we could not afford that right then and there and if we could work out a payment arrangement. The office lady rolled her eyes and told us that the treatment would stop if we didn't pay. This new staff is the worst to deal with. They do not care about your child's treatment, they only care about the money that comes with it. Ultimately the dentist fixed the cavities after great arguments. And the dentist tried to play it off like she doesn't have a say in the billing. She is a part owner of this dentistry. She has every power, but she takes no accountability. But if you like rude staff, no transparency and being hit with high bills and profit over care, then this place is for you! We will never go back.

We just moved to Parker and decide to go to Little Rockies Kids Dental. My 5 and 7 year old loved Dr. Julie! We had to come back for a filling and met Dr. Marcie and she was great too! You could tell that everyone there really loves their job. Which makes such a difference. Thanks Little Rockies for making it easy!

My kids have been seeing Dr. Brady for a few years now and we keep coming back. Staff is great (especially front desk) and Dr. Brady is THE BEST. Very laid back, not pushy or a salesman. Kids really like his casual demeanor, makes dental visits easy and OK. We have had nothing but good experiences here, even with all the "extra" stuff that's required during covid.

I had an issue with an over charge for a fluoride treatment and Danielle was about to square it away. She did a great job.
