Dr. Bintory and her team focus on understanding childrens needs and fears. Dr. Afshan Bintory is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She graduated from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2004. After a few years in practice as an associate dentist, she realized her passion for childrens dentistry and moved on to pursue her studies in the specialty of pediatric dentistry at NYU Lutheran Medical Center in Bangor, Maine. She has been treating children in the Atlanta area for more than 15 years. Dr. Bintory has now opened her practice, Little Pearls Pediatric Dentistry in Norcross, GA.
Outside of work, Dr. Bintory enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She loves playing badminton and takes pride in accompanying her children to their chess and martial art tournaments. She has great passion for cooking, and if she were not a dentist, she would be making pastries on Food Network.

Update: This location has awful customer service and is a complete waste in time. I arrived on time for my appointment only to be informed there is an unknown wait time. Note they do not have a waiting room full of patients. The wait time is because I did not answer they're call last week to confirm the appointment. Ok my apologies the call did not appear but where's your diligence to attempt to reconfirm via email, text or another call. Kids have to be checked into school by a certain time and this doctor don't start until 10am, which is why I chose the earliest possible. Afte a certain time the kids cannot be checked into school. Please note that I took the lazy part out as the doctor explained that she has three children and cannot open early...ok I understand my apologies for the lazy part. At this point, the doctor completed 25% of one my CHILDRENS treatment today since seeing my review and WANT another doctor to finish what she started. Instead of getting mad hire better people there's no way you except me to tolerate disrespect especially if it's not warranted. Nonetheless, thank you for the little work you did lol. Let's also note this this doctor does not have people's best interest in mind..IF SHE DID, SHE WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT INSURANCE COMPANIES DO NOT COVER TWO EXAMS/CONSULTATION LESS THAN SIX MONTHS APART. SO that means the kids treatment will suffer and be delayed for at least six months or the parent has to pay out of pocket for an exam

Dentist is nice.. for the 3 min she spent with my child. Follow up here is abysmal. My kid needs crowns and they haven't called me back for 3 months to discuss a date, insurance coverage, out of pocket cost if not covered. Every time I call, the receptionist is curt and states that this is how it is. They're unable to tell me a definite time when they'll know anything about insurance. She couldn't even verify that my kids info was sent. If your kid needs a cleaning and is old enough to stay calm, they may be able to help you. Anything more, take your child elsewhere and save time. They simply couldn't care else.

I needed to bring all 3 of my kids who are all Dr. B's patients in. Three under age of 5. And I appreciated the dental hygienists and Dr B for being so efficient and AMAZING with my kids! This is the FIRST dentist/doctors office that has been accommodating for us and made it so easy for me! Usually, I can only bring one kid at a time other places but this office let me bring 3 of them at once! As a mom, I thank you all for helping me and being so great with my kids! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My daughter was traumatized visiting dentists after she went to a dentist in the city of Norcross. Every time she had to go to a cleaning she would tremble with panic, until we started to visit Little Pearls my daughter has had a huge change herself and a week ago she had some procedures with the dentist to which my daughter tells me that she passed by alone since she trusted the dentist. The dentist really has a lot of patience and she takes her time with each of the patients, I really recommend them.

I would love to share an experience of actually taking my kids there but getting an appointment is the reason I give them 1 star. I have tried calling leaving a message, emailing, and filling out their appointment request! They have called me once, but I missed the call and called back, literally 5 minutes later, and no one answered....no one ever answers. If you want an appointment make sure you answer when they call or your SOL!
