Dr. Charisse Caswell has a fun, gentle, and non-aggressive approach to pediatric dentistry. Becoming a highly qualified specialist in pediatrics has always been a lifetime goal. Thus, she pursued a career in pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Caswell graduated from the University of Louisville in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in biology. In 2005, she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. While in dental school, Dr. Caswell was president of the Student National Dental Association for three years.
She also participated in many community service events, including a dental mission trip to the Dominican Republic. Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Caswell worked in a pediatric dental clinic in the Atlanta area.
In 2006, she returned to the University of Louisville School of Dentistry to complete a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry. During her residency she received certification in hospital dentistry, conscious sedation, behavior management, care for special needs patients, and management of traumatic injuries.

I took my son there for a couple of years and even though the staff sometimes would be way too serious or you'll barely see a smile on their face, they were nice and polite, and Dr. Caswell was Always attentive and caring towards my son, she is a great and very professional Dr.

They have a policy that does not allow parents to go back with a child during a procedure, (this is not posted on their website, in their office, nor do they tell you on the phone) in fact, during the 3 different confirmation calls, they said one parent would be allowed in with the child. They were unwilling to make an exception and we walked out. This was going to be our first procedure at this office. We will find another office that is more considerate towards a child's needs.

Dr. C is sooooo good at what she does. my middle son is autistic & none verbal.. some days are extremely challenging compared to other days. she's so patient with my son and so kind. i honestly wish i couple duplicate her.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I absolutely adore the staff at Little Peaches Pediatric Dentistry. Their staff is consistently professional and kind. Dr Charisse Caswell is the absolute best pediatric dentist! She's highly achieved, well-educated and she truly understands the needs of her patients. This is truly her calling! She has expertly addressed my daughter's dental needs. My daughter actually looks forward to going! My daughter has no fears about being there as the staff does an amazing job of making her feel safe and comfortable. They have TV's playing child-appropriate movies to keep them relaxed and entertained. Their office is easy to find, clean and comfortable. I would recommend anyone with little ones to allow Little Peaches to attend to the dental needs of their children.

My 6 year old son absolutely LOVES Little Peaches! Dr Caswell and her staff are absolutely amazing. I tried to switch to a pediatric dentist closer to my home, but my son hated it. Little Peaches has set such a high bar, and the other dentist didn't even come close to what he was used to. So I now make to drive to Tyrone and it's so worth it.

I honestly can't say enough about the people that work here. My daughter is autistic and they make sure to meet her sensory needs and any other needs she has. They take breaks and explain everything to her. Counting calms her down so when she had two teeth pulled everyone was counting with her and giving her encouragement. Dr. Caswell and staff are amazing.

I love Dr. Caswell she is a wonderful person however her staff is horrible. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They have you waiting however if you are more than four minutes late they will have you reschedule. Do not go to this firm. Find another doctor. We love our Little Peaches family! We have since moved to Coweta and will continue to make drive just to see Dr. Caswell and her team. She and her staff treat my four babies with so much love and care.

Everyone is so friendly, both the dentist and hygienist were very comforting to my children. The dentist told us everything she was doing as she was working. Always a great experience and I truly appreciate everyone here

Giving 4 stars because Dr. Carswell has always provided great service. She has been my son's dentist since he was 2 y/o, he's now 15. Unfortunately, the front office staff has changed and priority customer service is not what it use to be. I've had the same insurance coverage since my son's first visit. BCBS covers preventive care 100%, while another insurance covers procedures. My son was recently scheduled for a routine cleaning and the receptionist insisted I was responsible for a co-pay and 20% of x-ray fees. I reluctantly paid the copay to prevent delays in service. While waiting, I called BCBS to confirm coverage. The BCBS representative agreed this routine service was covered so I asked her to speak with the Little Peaches receptionist. BCBS offered the receptionist the correct coding to use for full coverage but she refused. Instead, I was expected to pay for a service that was fully covered simply because there was a discrepancy with the coding they were using. You would think this would be an easy fix but they preferred to lose a patient rather than make the necessary adjustments. Again, this was just a routine cleaning that included routine x-rays. Needless to say, I voluntarily canceled the appointment and a refund for the copay was issued without incident. I have since scheduled my son to see another dentist. We've had nothing but great experiences with Little Peaches up until our last 2 visits. It's unfortunate we have to move on. I'm hoping this review results in a closer look at the front office staff, including management, and Dr. Carswell is able to restore her office to what it use to be.

We had a great experience there today. The staff interacted well with my children and explained to them what they were doing so my children were more comfortable. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Loved the art on the walls too. Very inviting for the kids. Glad we found Little Peaches!
