Our Executive Leadership Team works with the board to determine our strategic direction, and then creates the operational plan to reach our strategic goals. Our leaders have the expertise and mindset to make sure our patients receive the best quality care and our employees work in an environment that supports them.
Our Board of Directors helps ensure that our health centers addresses community healthcare needs by providing strategic direction and developing policies that support our mission. Because we are an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit healthcare corporation, we have a volunteer board of directors with more than 50 percent of board members who are patients at our health centers.
NACHC 's mission is 'to promote the provision of high quality, comprehensive health care that is accessible, coordinated, culturally and linguistically competent, and community directed for all underserved populations.'
NACHC develops policy and works with Congressional representatives to promote wise healthcare legislation. It also provides training for board members serving at local health centers and keeps health centers like ours up-to-date about legislation that could impact the provision of local healthcare.
California Primary Care Association (CPCA)is the states leading advocacy group for health centers. CPCA monitors state and federal legislation that will provide opportunities and create challenges for the health center system of care. Representing more than 600 not-for-profit community health centers statewide, CPCA is recognized by legislators and other policymakers as a crucial source of information about community health issues.
CPCA lobbies state legislators and coordinates information-gathering about the status of health centers and their patients. CPCA also focuses on educating legislators and other policymakers about the concerns and contributions made by the health center system. At MCHC Health Centers, weve been a CPCA member since 1994, and our founder Lin Hunter served as a CPCA Board member for two three-year terms before her retirement.
Alliance for Rural Community Health (ARCH) is a consortium of all Mendocino County health centers. ARCH facilitates networking, project collaborations and technology services to member organizations. The ARCH Board is comprised of two representatives from each of its five member health centers. It meets monthly to address shared issues such as collaboration with community partners, expanding patient coverage, and healthcare advocacy.
Our clinics and partners work together to expand access to quality healthcare including physical, mental, and dental healthcare and improve health outcomes for all people, regardless of their ability to pay. HANC exists to assist and support member clinics in our mission to improve community health and to promote and preserve community-based health care in our rural area.
HANCs member organizations include twelve Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and one Rural Health Clinic across Northern California. In total, HANC consists ofthirteen member organizationsandthirty-six clinical sites, serving roughly 135,000 patients throughout the region.
At MCHC, we are defined by three things: first, our commitment to providing quality care with compassion; second, our dedication to solving local problems through collaboration with expert partners; and third, our unceasing pursuit of innovation.
Although we have grown and evolved over the years, we remain committed to the idea that healthcare is a right for all people. We throw our doors wide open to everyone in the communities we serve as we provide a full menu of services that support a whole-person approach to healthcare.

Maybe you should focus on your patient instead of talking about buying a house with your sister and bragging to the nurses while you mess up my tooth and leave roots in my gums still? Now I have to get oral surgery because you couldn't shut up and focus on my tooth and properly pull it out.

Good place to get a tooth extracted real quick service. Dr T is the best. Really good hands. got a wisdom tooth pulled today may 11th in and out with the quickness. Been going to this dentist place since shamir sevilla was working there it's the best dentist I have been to my whole 40 years of life. Thankyou for helping me with my broken tooth

Called for months trying to get an appointment. Was told they were not scheduling for adults only children. Ok I can accept that, they recommended to keep calling for openings so I did just that. Still no luck in cancelations or openings. Called 1 day to be told it had been to long since I had been seen and that I was considered a new patient and they are not accepting new patients at this time. Um excuse me what? ... Poor communications.

Definitely not a pediatric dentist... My daughter chipped her teeth after slipping and falling on laminate and they didn't even try to open her mouth, they touched her cheeks and said they couldn't open her mouth and gave us a referral to Sacramento..

Let me start by saying that I have had some pretty bad experiences with dentists (and that is an understatement). This is the first dentist that I have been so pleased with that I felt the need to share. All of the staff I have encountered at Little Lake have been thorough, expedient, professional, and courteous with my children's care as well as my own. The only bummer is that they don't do more extensive work like root canals and crowns.

Dr Luis is not a good doctor we liked him at first and now he's not listening to what we have to say. My partner had what seemed to be a seizure and he was having troubles before that because of multiple concussions and we are trying to see a neurologist and he said we just had to get blood drawn and jump threw a couple hoops which we did and then the episode happened and we had to take him to the er for the doctor to do anything and he told my partner he needs to do another blood test cuz there testing for something else and I looked up what he was testing in the paper and they were ALL THE SAME THINGS HE ALREADY TESTED FOR AND THAT THE HOSPITAL TESTED FOR

First off, I have a near crippling fear of going to the dentist. However, I accepted a referral to Little lake with a terrible abscess and nerve pain due to a failed crown. I cannot stress enough how well I was taken care of, as soon as I arrived. I needed antibiotics, and a second visit for an extraction. On the second visit, the extraction was done before I knew it. The dentist was well-mannered and empathetic, and kept me comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be going back in the near future.

Dr Larry Aguirre was not an attentive dr and he showed anger by slamming the door after an evaluation. If you disagree with this dr he gets angry. He doesn't show that he cares about his patients other than what his job is. It's business to him- not a job he sees as caring for his patients like a humanitarian would. That was my experience anyway.
