Both of my sons go to this dentist and the dentists and assistants are always so nice and helpful. They always get both of my boys appointments at the same time to save the troubles of needing to come twice. Even when I needed to cancel last minute due to a family death, they were very sympathetic and understanding.

Doctor and hygienist are professional and patient. Front desk staff doesn't keep her mask over her nose even after being reminded by the doctor.

First visit with Dr. Chen was great. She gathered all the medical info regarding my daughter. The procedures that are needed to be done were explained thoroughly. Most importantly, she is/was gentle with kids. My teenage daughter seemed a lot more calmer and at ease. The clinic is clean. Staff is OK.

Bad customer service. There was an issue with my insurance, they refused to call and verify it so instead they charged me for the service and told me I would get it back as soon as the insurance was verified. They never gave me the money back so I never went back to them. Overall, the worst was the attitude from front desk.

My son is very sensitive, shy, and quite timid. I thought for sure we were in for tears and refusal to go to the dentist ever again after our first visit. Not the case at all (which is nothing short of a miracle)! My son actually ENJOYS going to the dentist (which is more than I can say about ANY experience I ever had as a child)! He points out the dentist every time we drive by, and even asks when his next appointment will be; and this kid refuses to do ANYTHING out of his comfort zone! The staff are genuine, warm, kind, and have so much experience with children of all types and temperaments. My son actually wants to make them proud and on nights when he refuses to brush, all I have to do is mention the ladies at Little Koalas and the "sugar bugs" and the refusal ends instantly. I HIGHLY recommend Little Koala Pediatric Dentistry, hands down bar none!

Little Koala is the BEST local pediatric dentist in the Tri-City area! The facility is very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and has a T.V. with Disney movies and some toys while the patients wait in the waiting room. The staff has been extremely friendly, even when my 2 year old was scared and upset. There is a T.V. on the ceiling so that the patients have something to distract them during the appointment. The staff was very knowledgeable and very attentive to any concerns/questions I had. Do yourself a favor and research no more- this is the place to go!

From start to finish this staff worked really well with my now 3 year old. I first brought my daughter at 2.5 and even then they worked well with her. They showed and introduced all the instruments to make sure my daughter was comfortable with them. The environment was great and decorated to make it fun and comfortable for the kiddos. Can't wait to see them in 6 months and to also see my 1.5 year old!
