Super clean place , the staff is very professional and the receptionist is super nice and always helps me with any questions i have, and the dental assistant always take good care of my kids

As much as I want to like this place every visit is making it harder to do so, I have 2 children one does great with the dentist no trouble so it's always easy with that child. The second one is scared of the dentist and so they struggle with this one but instead of going for a more gentle approach they're really rough and scares my child even more. The male assistants have been so rough, like they don't even know how to treat a child. And there has been a few visits where we've had to wait over 2 hours past our appointment because the dentist isn't even in yet from lunch, or they had something else to do. The plus side is front desk is always courteous and helpful

My son is really frantic about Dentist appointments so it was a hassle getting him here. I work graveyard shift so a 12pm appointment is a struggle for me but we made it, we took a Lyft ride here and when we got here the receptionist told me that there was work being done upstairs so the doctor wouldn't be in until 2pm. There employees were all sitting there in the front desk and there was a bunch of customers with kids in the lobby. Do they not value clients time? I would of appreciated a call letting me know this especially with all the women just sitting there chatting. They want me to just wait two hours while the doctor gets there, while my son is panicking even more and these women are just chatting. This is ridiculous, no value for any clients time, I never write yelp reviews but this is frustrating and poor customer service.

GREAT please for kids ! The staff is so nice, from the receptionist to the dental assistants ! So great with kids and very helpful ! One of the receptionist even offered me a coffee while I was waiting!! 100% recommended to family and friends !

The front desk staff is very polite and friendly. The dentists and all of the staff are very efficient and and professional. I'm very pleased with their services. They carefully and clearly explained the work that needed to be done to both of my daughters. They are awesome with kids. They are very thoughtful in regards to the patience children have and try to complete their work in a very short period of time.

Great experience! Baby's first dental appointment went smoothly and quickly. Kind, efficient staff and patient dentist. My son loved the play area and left happy with his gift. Highly recommend!
