This place has a horrible wait time! Stay away!!! Do not waste your time here. This is my 3rd time coming here with the hope that maybe the last two times it just happened to be busy days. Over a 2 hour wait time. Can you imagine I've been here since 1:30 it's currently 3:15pm with others in front of me. I spoke to management who states they only have 3 rooms available, 2 dentists and with one working on treatment and another working on cleanings. They over book more than they can see at a time. There was about 6 families booked when I got here all for 1:30PM. The wait in insane. Please do not come only only if you are okay for being here all morning or all afternoon. This place needs to be more considerate of peoples time and children who are grow impatient!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I've been coming here for a while with 2 of my kids now 3. They are always friendly except for the guy in reception when he started there he would answer the phone with attitude. I don't like that. They explain in detail procedures and problems that exist within my kids teeth health. Today I was surprised there was more people than I expected at the waiting area it said only up to 6 and there was more than that and inside the rooms as well. I would of assumed they'd be more stricter due to the pandemic but no. I was off edge the whole time especially since I had my 9 month with no mask. Other than that I don't have complaints about the the dentist, hygienist, or assistants.

I've been going to this dentist for 4-5 years now. My son who is now 5, started going there when he got his first tooth. After leaving them feedback towards the end of one of his appointments about their long wait time, they called me within a week, apologized and every time we went after that was quick and great! The staff is always friendly and the office is always clean. I no longer live in Mission, but I decided to keep visiting this office because of how great they are! However, I recently scheduled my 6 month old for her first appointment, we arrived and waited in the car (due to COVID-19) and they were going to call us when we could enter. After waiting 45 minutes I called and asked how much longer the wait would be, they stated another 30 minutes. I informed them I wasn't going to be able to wait another 30 minutes on top of the 45 minutes I had already waited and had to leave. I'm sure most parents can relate but a 6 month old doesn't have the capability to be awake for more than 3-4 hrs and she was already beginning to lose it from sitting in the car for so long. Later that day I called to reschedule, when we arrived at our appointment the second time, they immediately let us in upon arrival but this time I waited an hour inside the building! It's almost as if they thought well she waited a long time in her car last time so let's let her wait inside instead! I was very disappointed. It's difficult to attend dental/doctor visits with babies and long wait times aren't helpful to the situation. I will most likely continue to attend this office considering it's only every 3-6 months but I really hope they improve their wait time. Besides the long waits, everything else is always great. UPDATE 1/26: We went to the dentist yesterday for a checkup, we arrived about 15 minutes prior to our appointment time. We left the dentist TWO hours after our appointment time. Being in any doctor, dental, etc office for that long to begin with is way too long. But I especially do not want to be waiting that long during a pandemic when there's so many other patients coming in and out. I did not feel comfortable at all. They need to schedule less patients at a time or have more than one dentist at a time. There was at least 6-7 other families there IN the building while we were there, I wanted to just walk out rather than risk contracting Covid because of everyone in the building. We will most likely be switching dentists, the wait times are getting longer and it's happening every single time we go.

Since my kids were little we,ve been coming to little heroes. They have very friendly staff,patience with kids,courtious and very professional. I,ve taken my kids to other dentist but since i got to little heores i stayed here, best dentistry. Thank you little heroes!!!

Horrible experience with the waiting time. I'm so disappointed on how this place manage their schedules. Hopefully this message reach whoever is on charge, my baby and I had to wait for more than 1 1/2 hours to see a doctor for a 15 min procedure. Can you imagine how desperate and estress a 8 months old could be? Please train your staff for been more sympathetic with this kind of situations.
