An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I had the BEST experience at Little Elm Dentistry! Not only was the whole staff so nice and trustworthy, they listened to all of my previous issues and helped me make a payment plan that worked for me. Dr. Addams and Deauna made me feel so comfortable while I was having serious dental work done. I HIGHLY suggest checking this Dentist out before going anywhere else! Again thank you all that helped make my smile better!

It was my first trip to the dentist in more years than I care to admit, and my first visit to Little Elm Dentistry. I was worried I would get or feel shamed not having been to the dentist in a while. But none of that was the case and as a matter of fact I felt more welcomed than anything else. Everyone was polite and kind and kept making sure I was comfortable during every part of my visit. Dr. Debebe was great, along with the staff I encountered. Thank you for making me feel welcomed as a new patient!

I was a first time patient just wanting a teeth cleaning, and it's the first time I changed dentists in a while so somewhat unfamiliar with a new patient visit. I will admit everyone was very nice. The X-rays were very thorough and the Doctor was very detailed with everything he was explaining to me, but what wasn't explained to me was that if I didn't want to go with his plan of action (mainly because it was outside what my insurance would cover and outside what I could afford) he wouldn't clean my teeth. I'ver never have have had a cavity just some sensitivity and build up in my gums that other dentists have keep an eye on with regular cleanings. All the information (being on the verge of Gum diseases apparently) and price was a lot to hand for me in one visit and I walked out. Without my teeth being cleaned. I don't know if this would have changed anything, but if I would have know to treat this first visit as a consultation things may have been different (but that was never explained to me- I just wanted my teeth cleaned).

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you are cared for so well! The whole staff was so sweet. My wife and I just moved to Little Elm and we were looking for a dentist so was my first visit. I saw Dr. Yates and he was patient to listen to my dental history and concerns I had and provided personal and sweet care. Barb was very sweet to talk to and she treats you like a friend coming into her own home. My Hygienist was Kourtney and she did an excellent job! And finally I worked with Rachel in the office and she was very easy and quick to work with for the insurance and payment. Overall loved my experience and look forward to my next visit!

Went in for regular cleaning. They "upsell" and "insist" deep cleaning only. No alternative options were presented. And they declined to do a regular cleaning

Very accomodating and courteous staff. Dr Yates has always helped me with my needs (fixing a bad root canal, a couple of crowns, fillings) he is thorough and honest about treatments. Recently I had to get veneers done to my 2 front teeth due to building up cavities, after reviewing the recommendation from Dr Yates. The process was painless and easy. Assistant Barb was very kind And made sure my visit went well. Both Barb and Dr Yates went above and beyond making sure veneers fit and color match my other teeth. After many visits I would recommend anybody to this dental office for any kind of treatments.

I've been going to the dentist for far more years than I'd like to recall; however, this was the most EXTRAORDINARY visit I've ever had! From the reception at the front desk, Barb the Dental Tech, and Dr. Yates---ALL were AMAZING! Their warmth, sincerity, interest in my health, expertise, and cutting edge technology and methodology were AMAZING! Undoubtedly, I no longer need to look for a dentist, as I've found one! Recently moved to Little Elm and chose Little Elm Dentistry due to location. Both my daughter and I had appointments for cleanings and had a great experience. The doctor was very thorough explaining procedures and options. I am extremely picky about the medical providers I choose but couldn't be more satisfied with this clinic. Rachel at the front desk was very patient as I asked a thousand questions and coordinated several future appointments for different procedures. A top tier dental experience considering this a place you get root canal !!! Everyone is caring and fantastic including my dentist Dr. Addam Debebe, Endodontist Dr. Gary Middleton, fabulous dental assistant Kristina and the incredible Rachel Wood up front and the entire staff. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in Little Elm or Frisco or anywhere.

Dr. Yates and the team at Little Elm Dentistry are awesome! I am always greeted with a smile at check-in and quickly brought back to a room where I meet with Barb to start my exam. Barb is very kind and has a gentle hand which makes the entire process comfortable. I can tell that Barb has a real passion for her job and people which shows during the visit. Dr. Yates is one of the most attentive and thorough doctors I have ever been to. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. I also appreciate that he takes the time to check in on a personal level. I'm really happy we found this dental office. Dr Yates is super nice and team is very professional. We felt very welcomed here as opposed to being treated like we didn't matter at all by the previous dental office. It was a difference of day and night for us. Hope to continue our dental care with them for many years to come.
