Update as of 9/19/2022 on my review below, (DO NOT TRUST DR. Yoo) After getting a second opinion from a dentist that actually does his job correctly and for the right reasons it's been discovered that not only do I have a horizontal impacted wisdom tooth. I also have a wisdom tooth on top that is going through my nasal cavity, the one seen below is unfortunately going to leave permanent numbness after surgery all this because I found a dentist that even though he couldn't do the procedure instead of lying, and pretending that there wasn't an issue or referring me to a specialist as he should have , that would take the time to request a CT scan to find out that it is worse than what I presumed, so by all means if you go to this dentist for anything other than cleaning and you don't feel like you got the proper treatment or you want a second opinion go one ! Because if I didn't know well enough that something was wrong with his diagnosis I wouldn't have found a Doctor Who cared enough to refer me to a specialist at Cooper hospital to finally be scheduled for the surgery that's needed . ( original) I didn't have an issue with the ladies at the front desk . They were all very nice to me , however this place is is the definition of what is wrong with our health care system. I've been in pain for over a. Month , my left side of my face and tooth . I went here on Wednesday, they took X-rays , first doctor said my wisdom tooth is impacted and sideways that he would have to refer me to an oral surgeon . When leaving even the lady at the front desk said why can't she see ours ? He was quiet and said ok bring her in tomorrow. I went back yesterday and spoke with their oral surgeon who literally insulted my intelligence by telling me the pain is not being caused by my wisdom tooth it's just swollen muscle? I can't make this up . Swollen muscle ? From what then ? He had no answer , just asked if I had a kind of injury to my face . I think I would recall if something hit my face. I know the issue was insurance and difficulty ,I do have insurance however it's not great and they can be difficult to get approval for certain procedures. But if you have a doctor who pushes and cares enough they will cover it . So instead of being bothered with dealing with my insurance or even referring me to someone else ,he tried to assume I'm stupid and just hands me prescriptions for muscle relaxers and anti inflammatory meds ? Here is the x-ray from Little Egg Dental I asked the doctor for copies for a second opinion with an oral surgeon his response was "no need I am the oral surgeon , there's no impaction" I took my phone out and took these pictures off of the screen while sitting in the room after the doctor stepped out , so far I've gotten two other opinions just by showing them pics I took of my X-rays and each said it's definitely an impacted wisdom tooth . Unless This place can make money off of you , they won't help you . Even the ladies at the front dest looked confused when they asked when I wanted to schedule the extraction ,and I told them he said I didn't need too.

Love the girls that work here! And the doctor is also just as great! Everyone's attitudes are something I wish every medical office had. Pure genuineness~ Beyond & above 5 stars

The pseudo-professionals here do not care about patients; they want your money and will lie to you based on how much they think they can charge you. I called to see if they would remedy the situation but the callous person answering the phone reacted with anger when I called and confronted her with this. Do not trust these people; they've broken the Hippocratic Oath and do not deserve your patronage

I can't believe the rudeness of the lady at the front desk I walked in to make an appointment but she seemed too bothered to care and after she was rude to not only myself but a couple other people in the office I just walked out. If this is the person at the door I didn't want to meet the dungeon master!!!

Brought my daughter in for her first visit, the whole staff went above and beyond to make her comfortable. Super impressed with the service and will recommend to anyone in need for a new dentist !

Worst experience I have been with dealing with a dentist . The lack of disrespect is unfathomable . No calls back no answers . Finally answer the phone and they have no answers to any of my questions or request . Beware

Very poor customer service and care about their patients. Receptionist that answers phone has little to no care for your pain or problems. They only care if your insurance will cover it. I personally would have been willing to pay out of pocket instead of waiting 2 weeks in pain to find out on my own that the insurance wasn't going to cover it. Again I'm mostly disappointed in how the girl who answers the phone talks to and treats you.... I love to give good reviews but in this case it has to be a 1

I just have to say the first time I was there I felt welcomed..the girls at the front desk beyond sweet.. the techs are amazing..and Dr Scott the best..I've always had horrible experiences at a dentist but not this time..been there twice and best experience I had..go back again 2 weeks and im sure it will be just as great

I had a terrible experience with one particular front desk receptionist while trying to rebook an appointment. She was rude and she insinuated I lied about the reason for my earlier cancellation. Terrible business sense. She needs a reprimand.

I've always enjoyed visiting Little Egg Dental. There's another very experienced dentist that was recently hired, Doctor Scott, and he's also great. He is clear and careful with his work. There's no one else I trust more than Little Egg with my teeth.

Was told I had no cavities. Which, yeah thats awesome. But I was still having pain in certain teeth. Like, pain when I'd eat and drink water.. Dentist told me to use sensodyne which I do. Went and got a second opinion and I have 3 decent size cavities. I don't think this dentist can read xrays properly. And I agree the hygienist wasn't very friendly. Seemed like I was bothering her even though I said all of 6 words to her. Won't be going back.
