Dr. Michelleis a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and lives in Palo Alto with her husband, a Bay Area native, and three children. They also have a very energetic dachshund. You can often find them at the Magical Bridge or Mitchell Park Library. If you see them, say hello!
Dr. Michelles interest in pediatric dentistry comes from her strong belief in prevention and desire to help others. Dr. Michelle double majored in biology and computer science at Fairfield University and obtained her Master of Public Health at Yale University. Dr. Michelle went on to complete her dental degree at New York University. Given her love for children and desire to promote prevention, Dr. Michelle completed her pediatric dental residency at The Mount Sinai Medical Center where she was chief resident. Dr. Michelle is an Associate Professor at the University of the Pacific and has privileges at both Lucile Packard Childrens and Stanford Hospitals.
Dr. Michelles favorite color is blue and her favorite cartoon character is Peppa Pig. In her free time, Dr. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and community service. Dr. Michelle participates in medical/dental outreaches locally and internationally such as the dental mission she was on in Guatemala. Dr. Michelle believes in building a dental home from an early age. She looks forward to working as a team to help teach and promote oral health.
Dr. Grover is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and lives in Los Altos with her husband and their three children. She enjoys the great outdoors, swimming, and dancing in her spare time. You can often find the Grover family biking around Los Altos, at Shoup Park, or the local library!
Dr. Grovers passion for helping children, improving lives through healthcare, and working with her hands led her to pursue dentistry. She attended the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. She continued further training to become a pediatric dentist at the University of Southern California and Miller Childrens Hospital in Long Beach.
During Dr. Grovers pediatric training, she provided comprehensive care to a variety of patients, including those with special needs, extensive trauma management, and full mouth dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia. Dr. Grover has worked in an assortment of private and community-based clinics; she has also volunteered in several dental outreaches locally and internationally, such as the dental mission in Lima, Peru.

Originally from Newtown, CT, I studied Environmental Sciences and French Language at the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies) and I just finished my masters in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University! Upon graduating, I moved to the Bay Area to help my sister (and best friend), Dr. Michelle, build her first dental practice! Originally from Pico Rivera, California, although I moved to the Bay Area when I was 17, I knew I wanted to be a dental assistant way before that! I attended San Jose City College where I received my Dental Assisting Certificate and later became certified. My hope is to further my education and career in dental assisting so that I can continue to provide the best care to our patients. From Shenyang, China to the Bay Area, Ive been living here in California since 2001. I love working at Little Bytes, my favorite part about working here is seeing all the childrens smiling faces when they pick their prizes at the end of each visit! My favorite color is Red and my favorite Disney princess is Sleeping Beauty. ! .
It's also my responsibility to anticipate the needs of Dr. Michelle at all times! From prepping your trays to taking some really cool pictures of your teeth, my goal is to ensure your each and every visit is as comfortable and as streamlined as possible. Working with kids is my favorite part of the job because I love that no single day at work is ever really the same!
Born and raised in San Jose, the Bay Area is what I know and love! When I'm not helping Dr. Michelle, I am playing with my rambunctious three-year-old son! Together, we love spending our weekends taking day trips around the Bay. Preferably to places with rides, animals, piers or beaches!

This place is amazing. They make it so easy on parents and kids. The staff is well trained, super sweet and excellent with kids. I don't know how Dr. Michelle does this job, she is an angle having to deal with all these kids. We are repeat customers, and drive all the way from Los Gatos to see her (my kids no longer fear the dentist). Oh, and my wife is a dentist, and we bring our kids here. This is the place where dentists send their kids.

I have been taking my 3 kids (now aged 8, 6 and 3) to Little Bytes for over 4 year and we have LOVED every visit there. Dr. Michelle, Dr. Grover and their team are kind, understanding, patient and extremely skilled with children of all ages. My daughters look forward to their cleaning appointments with excitement every time. My 3 year old son was in for treatment recently and the team at Little Bytes made sure he was comfortable, not sacred and they were able to complete treatment with him leaving happy and not scared. They talk the children through their experience by playfully explaining what they are doing, showing them the instruments and allowing them to touch them until the kids feel comfortable to proceed. They don't rush you or make you feel bad if your child needs some extra reassurance. They are very empathetic and loving. It is obvious that everyone at the office really enjoys working with children. I highly recommend Little Bytes. It is hands down the best dentist experience everyone in my family has had!

This has been our 3rd experience at a pediatric dentist (first 2 were at the same place and were not very good). This was the most amazing experience we could've asked for. Every single person in the office interacted with our daughter and made her feel comfortable. My daughter allowed her teeth to be cleaned and examined with no issue. I look forward to working with this amazing office from here on out!

We have had a great experience with Little Bytes! We recently switched dentist and I felt immediate relief when we met Dr. Michelle. She spent extra time listening to my children's prior experiences with the dentist, and did not make me feel rushed. She was amazing with my kids, one of whom has had some challenging experiences with dentists. The front office and dental hygienists are all professional and friendly. I highly recommend Little Bytes!

I am so grateful that my 6 year old son was treated by Dr. Haghpanah today. Sometimes children get stressed out in doctor offices and refuse to let any procedure done on them. Dr. Haghpanah connected with my son right away, which made it much easier to get all his procedures done in one session.

They say first impressions and everything! Little Bytes blew me away with the complete package. From their top notch decor to their amazing employees they have. This place has the best patient care I have ever experienced in my life. My children are everything to me and when the dental assistant catered to my daughter with a popsicle and pocoyo on Netflix, she made me feel proud to be part of Little Bytes family. Because it is a family. Everyone from the administration, assistants and dentist. Everyone speaking and gives you attention exactly how family is suppose to act. Even the landscaper outside has a kind spirit. I notice everything about everywhere we go and Little bytes doesn't miss a beat. I'm completely in Aw of this establishment. I'm extremely impressed on each and everyone who works there. If you want to feel positive vibes and care. Little bytes is the place to always come to. Not to mention, they have hands down the best Covid safety practices. Every step was safety to protect everyone in the building from employees to patients and everything was sterile. I mean everything. I definitely will be coming back for the next few years and wish desperately they could continue to see my daughter after her maturity age. :) thank you Little bytes for being who you are. My family LOVES Little Bytes!!!! My boys (ages 3 & 5) actually love going to the dentist and get jealous when the other one has an appointment! And that's saying a lot because my 3 year old recently had some trauma to his teeth after taking a bad fall and needed a lot of dental follow-up, and he still loves going! The staff & dentists are amazing!!! They are so warm, friendly, welcoming, professional, thorough and efficient. I also love that they talk not only to me, but also to my sons and involve them in their care - they're really good about speaking to them in a way they'll understand and giving them feedback about their teeth. The team there has also taken the utmost precautions with COVID and I have felt 100% safe taking my boys there during the pandemic. Lastly, their office space itself is awesome - it has brightly colored walls which my kids love, it's very clean and organized, and my boys love the shows they get to watch on their TVs while they're getting their teeth cleaned. Due to changes in our insurance, Little Bytes is the 3rd pediatric dentist we've tried and I hope it's the last because we love it there!!!!

This was my three year-old's second trip to the dentist ever, and the team at Little Bytes made the process easy and fun. Paloma and Dr. Michelle both had fun, relaxed kid energy that made my LO super comfortable and happy. He loved wearing the safety goggles, getting to sit in a "special" chair, and watch Cocomelon on the overhead screen while getting a thorough cleaning. Staff were extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. Grateful to have found such a wonderful dentist for my child!
