Dr. Romero is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She attended Nova Southeastern University and obtained her degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), ranking in the top tier of her class and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), a National Dental Honor Society. Immediately after dental school, Dr. Romero started her residency in Pediatric Dentistry and received her certificate from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine and Joe DiMaggio Childrens Hospital.
During her training, Dr. Romero has been providing dental care to infants, children, adolescents and children with special health care needs. Dr. Romero has also received extensive training in Behavior Management focus on both Basic and Advanced Behavior Guidance, which includes nitrous oxide/oxygen inhalation as well as non-IV oral conscious sedation and general anesthesia. Dr. Romero is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Florida Dental Association .
Dr. Romero and her husband Ludwig have three daughters Monica, Sabrina and Vanessa and two dogs, Yellow Lab named Cooper and a Shih Tzu named Ivy. Dr. Romero and her family enjoy the outdoors and traveling.
Dr. Rosario Pinero-Correas experience as a dental professional, loving wife, and dedicated mother brings a combination of extensive education, compassion, and commitment to our patients. She truly believes that dental care begins at the Infant Stage, and she places a great deal of importance on giving prenatal and postnatal women the appropriate space at her practice for dental education and care through the Baby Club and a special baby room. Dr. Rosario also specializes in treating special needs patients and believes that establishing a home for dental care is key to oral health and disease prevention.
Prior to moving to the United States, Dr. Rosario was a successful Pediatric Dentist in her native country of Venezuela. She earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery through the prestigious International Dental Program at Loma Linda University in California. Additionally, she practiced 2 years in El Paso, Texas as a general dentist and attended Nova Southeastern University in southern Florida where she obtained her second pediatric dentistry certification. She also became a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in October of 2017.
Our staff is specially trained to provide not only the best care, but also the best overall experience for you and your child. All of our staff members are well trained in child psychology and filled with compassion and understanding. They love working with children of all ages. We will do everything that we can to ensure that your child has a good visit.

My two special needs son's, especially my oldest with autism, were handled with such kindness and professionalism. I was honestly so surprised and relieved and how diligently they worked with my children and they helped make my kids comfortable at the dentist again. They even gave my sons Zuma doll a cleaning lol. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the process was fast in getting my children in. The office is clean and beautiful. Highly recommend and even though we do not plan on being in Florida for more than a year, I'm so happy I found a great pediatric dentistry!

Terrible terrible dentist. They hurt my daughter so bad and didn't even care. Also now I am having to pay to get her tooth fixed because they filled it to deep and now it is bothering the nerve. Terrible just terrible

Office was very clean the staff was very nice we were taking in immediately after a few minutes of being there but we had a horrible experience with my daughter not cooperating and they held her down and strapped her arms and legs down. I have two sisters who work in the dental assistant field and strapping children down is not in option due to children getting traumatized. My daughter now won't let anyone near her mouth and is scared when going into any doctor's office. I will not be going and will find a new office.

Our first visit, just exam/X-rays/cleaning, was good. Everyone was nice and made my son feel comfortable. I was allowed back with him. However, the next visit when my son was actually suppose to do a procedure (he would have been getting both nitrous and fillings done for the FIRST time) they wouldn't allow me to come back in the room with him. Are you kidding me?!?! You want my son to be on nitrous for the first time ever and not allow me back there?! You're out of your mind!! I've been a dental assistant for 7 years. In the dental offices I worked in we Always allowed parents to come back with their children. Or a spouse with a spouse even. Still do at my current office. Only reason he's not at my office is because I wanted him to be in a Pediatric office to make him most comfortable. We switched dentists due to insurance and ended up here. I was so frustrated because we drove 40+ minutes to get there. I do not trust Dentists that don't allow parents to come in the room with their kids!!!!! And if you want to try and blame COVID, please, do you really think the same air we breathe in the waiting room just stays there and doesn't go through the whole office?! The kids have to take their masks off to work on them anyways. It's all nonsense. Not to mention the grandparents of a kid that was getting worked on in the back, were furious that they'd been there for 2 hours and they were wondering what was going on. Imagine not knowing what's going on with your child for 2 hours while they are getting worked on!!! We won't be going back there.

My daughter went through three different Dentists in three weeks Due to an abscess tooth and needing a baby route canal and they kept telling me there is no way this child will comply without being fully sedated because she is uncooperative. Let me tell you Dr. Rosario and her amazing staff made my little girl feel so safe and comfortable and not only did she let them clean and work on her teeth but she stayed still and didn't cry a bit WITHOUT BEING UNDER COMPLETE SEDATION. Her presence and character and the way she treated my daughter was remarkable and I will forever be grateful for her and her staff. So not only did my baby not have to be sedated but her presence and personality was so genuine my baby didn't even cry one tear. This was my favorite Dentist ever and I ABSOLUTELY recommend her for all your child's dentist needs she is AMAZING!
