Welcome to Little Big Smiles! We strive to be a dental office where you will feel welcomed and at ease. We know dentistry can be scary, so we do our best to provide comfortable treatments with easy-to-understand explanations
We first opened our doors in 2014 and has since been serving Frisco and surrounding neighborhoods with great care. Our providers arenot only well-trained but also take patient comfort and education very seriously. In cases where we need specialty care, we can also bring in specialists like Periodontists for dental implants or gum surgery. For sedation and wisdom teeth removal, we have a special team of doctor and staff that are experts in their field.
Dr. Chen graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. After graduation he went onto the Dallas Veterans Affairs Hospital for General Practice Residency. He is a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Chen have always upheld a vision of how he wants to help people maintain a healthy and happy smile. This is the driving force behind opening an office like Little Big Smiles. He wants to provide a place where everyone can receive quality and comfortable care.
Dr. Back was born and raised in Queens, NY before moving to Dallas with family when she was 10 years old. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from UT Health San Antonio. Dr. Back is also trained in oral conscious sedation to help patients with anxiety. Dr. Back regularly volunteers her time at Mission Arlington to provide free dental work for underserved people. When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Back likes to travel, hike, and spend time with her husband and rescue dog and cat.
Hanh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. She is a passionate, highly organized, and self-motivated Registered Dental Hygienist with wide variety of experience in areas of general, periodontic, pediatric, orthodontic, geriatric, and special needs dentistry. She loves interacting with her patients and teaching them about the importance of their oral health. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association, and The National Dental Practice-Based Research Network. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, exercising, and practicing yoga.

Dr. Andrew Chen and the entire team at Little Big Smiles are very professional, kind and always treat our family with patience and great service. We have the four of us visiting on a regular schedule - both parents and both kids - ages 10 and 12. We have been their patients for more than 5 years now. Today we had to visit for an emergency with my youngest and Dr. Chen handled it impeccably, as always. Their advice and care are truly appreciated. Also, they never push you to do unnecessary or unreasonable procedures and respect every preference or choice we have. I would truly recommend Little Big Smiles!

Smooth and collegial check in process. The dentist performs the diagnostics and procedures. Transparent and fast check out/payment process. Wisdom teeth removal on site. Above all, my dentist was very informative, gentle and efficient.

Always a pleasant experience. Very kind and patient staff, doctors, and nurses. If you have any apprehension about dentists, this is the place to go. They listen and ask before your visit what they can do to make you feel at ease. Definitely recommend for adults and kids.

The Little Big Sniles Fanily Denistry has been awesome so far and probably one of the friendliest dentist places I've been to. They make you feel comfortable, provide information on anything you want to know and even took the time to show good brushing and flossing practices. I'd recommend them to anyone, any day!

Fantastic experience!! I have been to many dentists through the years and have to say that my experience at Little Big Smiles was exceptional. Not often one looks forward to seeing their dentist but in the case of Little Big Smiles one would make an exception.

UPDATE 07/15/2022: Another great cleaning appointment yesterday! Great job by everyone one and all were friendly and helpful and complied on schedule. UPDATE 10/11/2021: Since my original 5 star post 4 years ago, I have continued to have my teeth cleaned at Little Big Smiles twice a year. They do a great job! I recently started having my teeth cleaned at Little Big Smiles. Dr. Chen and his staff are very friendly and professional at Little Big Smiles. Last week was my most recent cleaning. Dr. Chen again did a great job with my teeth, making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment, and explaining each step in the process. The wife and daughter have also started going to Little Big Smiles and they also have had a positive teeth-cleaning experience.

Came to Texas 2 years ago and got recommended LBS by my bf I hate the dentist but LBS made me feel safe and comfortable, they were also very understanding about my busy schedule with work and driving 20-30 min to Frisco from DT Dallas it was difficult to for me to make my appointments (I was stubborn about going there specifically because of their amazing service and how safe they made me feel) but they were very understanding eventually got my wisdom teeth taken out and it was so fast and easy It was practically painless (considering I got 4 teeth taken out) through the surgery and the healing process it was an overall great experience the staff is super nice and friendly best dentist I've ever gone to!!

Seems like the best of two worlds; a pediatric dental practice that accepts adults! As a fearful old guy I really appreciate their experience calming anxious kids. Dr. Chen is really nice, even called my wife at home after a procedure, but I think the staff are the real 'stars' of Little Big Smiles! They are consistently pleasant and competent. One last feature, Dr Chen and staff speak Mandarin, which makes my Chinese wife (also an anxious patient) feel a lot better.
