They see all 5 of our kids when the other children's dentist would not take any new patients. It's been such a wonderful experience having someone who cares in an otherwise uncaring, unprofessional, and sloppy medical community.

My four year old loves this place, the staff is amazing and he loves the slide in the waiting room. Perfect place for smaller kids to ease them Into going to the dentist.

DMD Fleming is very thorough and update's you on everything. Christina is great on updating you, scheduling and confirming appointments. The whole staff in general is great to work with and are very informative!

The team, especially Christina are so helpful! It's amazing. The dentist is the best, most friendly dentist I've ever see n, if he took adults I'd go to him in a heartbeat! I highly recommend especially if you/your kids get nervous with dentists!!

The staff at little big kids pediatric dentistry was so welcoming. Dr. Fleming answered all of my questions. They were so proud of my daughter for being sugar bug free!!!

We LOVE Dr. Fleming! He's amazing. My son loves going to the dentist now that we see him. I can't say enough good things about them. We had a bit of an emergency and the office was closed, but Dr Fleming met us at the office and as able to fix the problem very quickly. I am grateful we have a great pediatric dentist!

We love Little Big Kids. I love the office staff. They are always so friendly and feel like family when we go in or are the phone. I so appreciate that Dr. Fleming comes out to talk to me and tell me what is going on and how things are going. He takes the time to make sure I am at ease and answer any questions. He has never made me feel bad when my kids had a cavity or other things that needed done. Other Dentists have left me in tears, he has left me with confidence and smiles. It will be an extremely sad day when my kids are too big to come here anymore. Truly the best dentist in the area. So very thankful they came to Ellensburg Christian and my daughter couldn't stop talking about how nice they were.

I love the ease of making appointments and being able to get all kids in the same day! The waiting room is super kid friendly which is great when you have little ones! I highly recommend this place! It doesn't hurt that the staff is kind and compassionate to the kiddos!!

Savannah, Christina, Ami and Dr. Fleming are all amazing! They are genuine, honest and caring! Little big kids really puts emphasis on making sure the patient is always first.
