The initial visit was okay, except for the fact I was scheduled for a times slide that was around their lunchtime. Me being of military service and probably myself on being a place is 15 to 20 minutes early. I've never been to a facility that closes for our lunch. Usually has a staggered lunch by the employees. The actual dental care was fine. I would only ask that they pay attention to detail when receiving information from other organizations to do your procedure and I also asked that Google updates the website to let consumers know that this facility is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday

I want to first start off by saying... As a black woman, I am always happy to support a black owned business. However, it is so sad that majority of these black owned businesses provide terrible service and have poor professionalism. This was my first time going to this dentist office.... and I am super disappointed with the customer service and the poor level or professionalism. My appointment was set for 11:00 am, not 11:30, not 12:00pm. 11:00am! When I walked in, I was greeted by a front desk receptionist who proceeded with giving me a clip board with documents to fill out. I was early myself which is important. I made sure to be about 10 minutes early (arrived at 10:49 am). It wasn't until about 15 minutes of me filling out the documents that the receptionist asked me for my driver's license. Once I finished filling out the documents, I went right to the window and handed it back to her. It was around 11:30am, she calls me over just to hand over my I.D that she still had while I was sitting in the chair. I had to write down all of this information before my appointment, even though this should have already been processed in the system. So, I was sitting out in the waiting area for almost 45 minutes (close to an hour) before one of the females called my name to come to the back. Initially, I began falling asleep before any of the female employees from the back called me to be seen. Therefore, I was very frustrated as to why it took them long and to see that nothing was going on was wild. As the lady opens the door, I don't see much going on as far as "working". I see three black women with pink jackets/ scrubs, they are all just casually talking and there is loud music playing as well. Then, I am placed in my room to wait for the dentist. The girl who walked me back, I could tell she was new or was maybe an intern for the company. She proceeded to ask me redundant questions about why I am there, and things already filled out on my documents. Afterwards, she performs a few X-rays on my teeth. But she realized that she did not do them right and tells me she has to do them again on each side. Now, the whole time they are playing the movie "Next Friday" on the tv screen which just doesn't seem professional to me at all. If I was a parent, that is not something I would want to play while my kid was getting their teeth cleaned by a certified dentist. About 10-15 minutes go by, Dr. Nicholas Mosley comes in and he just observes my teeth and tells me I need to go to an Oral Surgery facility to get my wisdom teeth removed. The whole time the young intern/ employee is doing what he says while he is looking at my teeth. But she kept bumping me with the office chair and yelling " Doc" every time she had a concern. She was very clumsy and lacked good customer service. After Dr. Mosley tells me these things and sharing tips on cleaning my teeth better. The girl leaves out of my room and I'm just sitting in the dark. Not telling me what will happen next or what is going on. She then pops in and I ask her "so, when will someone be coming in to clean my teeth"? This girl says " Oh, you're not getting a cleaning. The lady will come back in to let you know the prices and the health care plans for you. We finna go to lunch". Then she begins to take her pink jacket off and hang it in the room. I walk out the room confused and asking for the manager because they wasted my time. I stated from the beginning of my appointment, I was there to get my teeth cleaned. The darker-skinned lady with two braids was rude (wish I knew her name) when she came in behind the young intern to ask me questions and the office manager Gioia Mosley was not helpful either. I had my mother speak with this lady Gioia Mosley and all that both those women could say was " you are not eligible for cleaning as a first-time customer, we can try to get you in for a later time around 2:00 pm, and I can offer you a 15% off discount code since you waited so long". That honestly makes no sense because that was the sole purpose of me being there. The worst dental office!

I've been a getting services here for many years. Very comfortable environment. Like family. Services are top-notch. I'm taken seriously for anything I bring to there attention. My path to getting a perfect smile is because of the services provided here.

Showed up for my appointment and they told me it had been canceled because they made several attempts to contact me. I have one call(voicemail) and one text(image attached). The voicemail says nothing just beeps and the text message does not ask to confirm an appointment. Front desk clerk argued that all text message say press something to confirm. I said I can show you the message now. Silence, I don't understand why I have to confirm something that has already been scheduled and this is not my first visit. Ok can I reschedule: Yes. Will it be a month out like the last appointments I have been given: oh NO. Proceeds to try a reschedule for 3 weeks out. I'm ok, I need a new dentist.

I've been coming here since I was a kid and for the past couple of years it's been horrible. The front desk staff are rude, they hang up in your face, and all of my last 3 appointments have been canceled, with no explanation or call on rescheduling. I would rather spend my money with an office that cares about its clients. I have had enough.

I am a New Client here, on My first appointment I had to wait 15min for service. Odd but I was optimistic. For my second I called to come in 15min late.. I was Made to reschedule 1month out.. On My third appointment I arrived 15min early, only tobe told to wait for my scheduled appointment. Then to come inside and wait 15min for service. On this my fourth appointment the same 15min wait, but this time as I Sat a lady came inside, I assume more known. She was Instantly checked in, &to me After. And Of Course actual visit starts about 30min after That!! I'm questioning if this should Be My Dentist Office... There was No Office Manager Available!!

I've been coming here since I was a kid and for the past couple of years it's been horrible. The front desk staff are rude, they hang up in your face, and all of my last 3 appointments have been canceled, with no explanation or call on rescheduling. Walked in here today on a whim to make an appointment and i was handed a card and told to call to make the appointment and that she would go over everything with me on the phone. These reviews really helped me feel better because i thought perhaps i had said something inappropriate to be treated so dismissively as though i could not make an appointment IN PERSON, but instead had to leave the facility i was standing in and call to talk to the same person in front of me. The "receptionist" also appeared to be the dental hygienist/tech and that should never be the case.

Please do not go to this facility. This place is a SCAM! Joya and her staff create false appointments for patients without their acknowledgement and charges them a $50 No Show fee. Keep your MONEY and TAKE your business elsewhere. I left a message with the "Office Manage JOYA and has yet to receive a call from her or the physician.
