Dr. Nahid Bahrami began her education and career in 1991 at Jackson State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Dr. Bahrami then proceeded to the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she received her Doctorate Degree in Dentistry in 1995.
Dr. Bahrami has been in practice for 23 years, dedicating her career to general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and implant dentistry for adults and children. Dr. Bahrami has practiced locally throughout the metro Atlanta area prior to establishing Lithia Springs Cosmetic & Family Dentistry in 2005.
Dr. Bahrami is an active member of the Georgia Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and American Dental Association. She enjoys her time away from the practice spending time with her family.

I have been going to Dr. Bahrami's office for the past 10 years. They provide and tailor make the best dental care for you. They set the bar high and are extremely knowledgeable with the key being, that you the patient, must also continue with their recommended dental care at home. From the doctors, dental technicians and staff, they all make you feel like family.

My experience Was horrible I couldn't believe the service, the lack of professionalism. Let's start with the price that I owed them for services changed. I called once to talk To someone in billing they said someone will call me back but no one ever call me back. At. I called again on a Monday they said someone will call me back and someone didn't call me back to Thursday. And then recently I had appointment set for 8 o'clock AM I got there around 7 40 (early) At 7:57 they proceeded to have a team meeting they made me wait to after their team meeting was over so I didn't get into the chair to around 8:15 I'm not sure why they would make a patient wait when I was there all the time it was incredible I couldn't believe it, how unprofessional. I kept having the same procedure done over and over again because I can't get it right and then when I ask questions about it they make it seem like I didn't know what I was talking about or my concerns were all in my imagination. I can tell they didn't want to perform the procedure again but it's not my fault they couldn't get it right. Please understand I was tired and frustrated way before they were. I have tried to have the most patience and understanding but enough is enough. I couldn't keep having respect when I'm not getting any. I had to walk out !!!

I won't be going to this place anymore. They tell you a price before treatment and then change it on you after the service is performed. This happens to me twice and my mother as well. They told me after I did my treatments and after I pay for the treatment that my insurance didn't pay for part of the payments but when I call the insurance they told me everything was paid for. They see money above their patients. I'm done with this place.

My first visit here was great with no problems. My second visit though they told me I needed a prescription toothpaste for my teeth. They added it to my bill and charged me an extra $28 for the toothpaste. I thought that was a lot for toothpaste. The next day I looked online and that toothpaste only cost $15 online. If they are gonna charge me double for toothpaste I feel nervous about any future charges.

I love love love this place! I WAS terrified of the dentist so I would never go but one day I had a really bad toothache and it was unavoidable. I found them on google and made an appointment it was super quick like next day quick. I've been in love with this place every since. I've had 2 crowns and a few fillings no pain or swelling to be honest. Everyone is sweet and the updates they send when your appointment is coming up is chief kiss because my memory is terrible. Lastly the prices are reasonable when my insurance ran out I was still able to pay out of pocket without breaking the bank! Thank you guys for everything

There are pros and cons to every dentist visit. Pros about this dentistry are it's clean office and courteous staff. Cons about this dentistry are that it has a very unorganized finance department, I say that because you will never know how much your visit total will be even if you have "dental insurance" and God forbid they put you on a plan for treatment. They give you one price after insurance deductibles prior to treatment and then you are surprised with a new payment invoice right after treatment. Additionally, I assumed I was current on my account after paying all billed charges just to be sent a final bill less than $70 claiming my dental insurance didn't cover all expenses MONTHS after treatment was given. All I'm saying is my experience here wasn't exactly a smooth sail.

I am very disappointed with the communication and post treatment process of this dental office. After I have shelled out large sums of money and two years later I still do not have my primary dental issues resolved. This was by far the worst experience I have had working with a dentist. I cannot recommend this dentist office to anyone that I know or care about.

I have been coming for years but not again. I understand it is hard finding qualified staff due to Covid-19, however I suffered a minor injury that hurt worse than the actual procedure that I was there for (deep cleaning). Once the numbing medication wore off I realized that the pain was much worse and called. They told me to gargle and how to take care of the injury. I never received a follow-up call to apologize, offer some compensation, discount, nothing. I cannot believe it actually. Prior I had a very good relationship with this practice. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called instead of becoming litigious and I couldn't even get an "I am so sorry" from them. Bad business, If I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!
