Dr. Brian Mooney obtained his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Prior to his advanced dental and medical training at Tufts University he attended Western Connecticut State University where he earned a degree in biology. Additionally, Dr. Mooney spent four years in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Technician, working on advanced fighter aircraft.
After graduating from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Brian Mooney completed a hospital-based residency program at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, where he acquired advanced training in the specialties of dentistry and the integration of the complexities of hospital surgery.
Dr. Brian Mooney completed rigorous implant training under Dr. Carl Misch, founder of the world-recognized Misch International Implant Institute. Dr. Mooney has obtained both his Misch Fellowship, and a Fellowship in The International Congress of OralImplantologists (FICOI). Dr. Brian Mooney is a member of the International Congress of Implantology, The American Dental Association, The Connecticut State Dental Association and the Litchfield County Dental Society.
Dr. Brian Mooney practices at Litchfield Hills Family Dental Practice with his wife Dr. Bola Mooney at a state-of-the-art facility, which provides all phases of dentistry, from general dental services to oral surgery, dental implants, surgical and non- surgical gum disease therapy, root canal therapy, crown and bridges, dentures, therapeutic Botox for TMJ and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Bola Lawal-Mooney attended The University of Southern California, where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Biology, prior to her advanced dental and medical training at Boston University.
After graduating from The Boston University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Bola Lawal-Mooney completed a hospital-based residency program at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, which provided her with valuable and detailed expertise in handling urgent dental emergencies.
Dr. Bola Lawal-Mooney practices dentistry with her husband Dr. Brian Mooney in their state-of-the-art dental office at the Litchfield Hills Family Dental Practice, where she focuses on pediatric dentistry, Invisalign, tooth extractions, root canal therapy, and therapeutic Botox for TMJ treatment. Dr. Bola Lawal-Mooneys advanced knowledge, delicate care and patience with children continues to help expand her pediatric dental practice.
