Dr. Amante is a general dentist who has practiced in the northwest suburbs of Chicago for over ten years. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has pursued postgraduate training in Cosmetic Dentistry from the University of Minnesota as well as advanced Implant Dentistry training. He also received his certification in Orthodontics after dental school.
Dr. Amante believes that his patients deserve to have the information they need to make good choices about their oral health. He is meticulous about doing his comprehensive examination so he can come up with a sound diagnosis.
He takes his time in explaining their conditions and go over the options for their treatment. He enjoys the trusting doctor/patient relationship, which helps relieve the stress they feel about seeing the dentist. All of his patients receive the affection and tenderness that he would expect for his family. His patients appreciate the conducive atmosphere to trust, which is very important with treatment acceptance and follow through.
Dr. Amante holds three fellowships in dentistry. He is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and received this distinction in Baden-Baden, Germany. He is also a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry as well as the International Dental Implant Association.
Outside the office, Dr. Amante loves spending time with his wife Carolina and two boys, Sam and Danny. He also does volunteer work at the Care Center of the Willow Creek Community Church. Dr. Amante is an advocate of healthy living and being an avid marathoner; he has completed 65+ marathons to date. In 2017, one of his greatest achievements is running a marathon in all 50 states. He also accomplished completing the World Marathon Majors in 2019. When asked what his next goal is, his response is to do it a second time around and running a marathon in all seven continents, perhaps.

This place is terrible. I had a crown done yesterday and I am having significant pain today and the office does not answer the phone but leaves a voice message that they will call back but do not call back and the emergency number they provide is a non-working number.

Very happy with the every six month cleanings. I have also had a couple caps over the years and the experience was also fantastic.

My tech was friendly and helpful. I didn't feel like my cleaning was rushed and my tech took extra care to ensure I was comfortable.

I was going through soooo much pain at work and the front desk team got me right in !!!! Got my wisdom teeth taken care before moving out of state !!! I will be flying home to see them twice a year for cleanings . As well as getting braces soon ! Love it !! Thank you ! Shamira

I've been going to LDC for over 5 years and have never had any major issues with the dentists or staff. I wish I would've gone with braces instead of invisialign to save money to get to my desired final smile look, but overall I would recommend LDC. The staff is always friendly, informative and professional.

Zero star This the horrible dental place I have ever seen The stuff and the doctor are so rude , they waste my time and my money. my husband was have appointment with them at 12:00 and when he arrived there , they ask him to stay outside in the car and they call him and told him that he didn't fill out the papers we send it to you by email , they was lying, they didn't send any email with paper to fill out. and the doctor was rude he refused to meet him . They make my husband so mad and they waste our money and time . Don't go there .

My temporary crown started to chip a day after it was installed. With no appointment scheduled, they told me to come by after work so they can fix it. While I'm schedule to receive the permanent crown in a few days, they didn't want me uncomfortable during the weekend. Good on you guys :)

This is the worst dentist office that I ever been to. I was took I needed a root canal asked if I could pulled it out he didn't seem like he cared. The dentist said if you do that all your teeth will fall out. I went to a different dentist and found out all I will need is a filling which I got it one yesterday he even said that I wouldn't need a root canal. This place just want your money I wouldn't go here if I were you.
