The Dr and staff are very nice but the tooth I needed grafted the most was not done. She did the tooth next to it so I assumed it was because it would somehow hold the bad tooth in place. Unfortunately at my most recent dental checkup I was told I was about to lose this tooth and need ANOTHER surgery. I was extremely disappointed when the stitches dissolved and I saw the tooth had not even been touched other than painfully stitched but at my post checkup with her I was told everything is fine. Well everything is not fine. I cannot get into another surgeon until the middle of next month and I'm praying my tooth holds on until then. This cost me time, lots of money we didn't really have and a lot of pain and now I have to go through this all over again? I am generously giving 2 stars instead of one because they're nice.

Dr Lisa Salloum is the best, she cares about her patients. Dr Lisa listens and treats me like a person and does not see me as a $ sign. I am so very happy with her work, I had implants that were installed wrong and I have been in severe pain for a long time. Dr Lisa listen as I explained I want the implants removed after ruling out certain things that could have caused the pain. Dr Lisa removed 3 so far and after 2 weeks I am pain free on that side. Thank you Dr Lisa your the best.

Dr. Lisa is great with her patients, I know because I am one that receives great care, kindness from her and the loving staff that works for her. So when in need an "AWESOME" Super Person, and staff, come to Dr. Lisa you are in good hands. Take time to walk in ask questions, and say "HI" to Dr. Lisa and staff.

I went to her in the Fernandina Beach office (don't know if she's still there) about 4 years ago (maybe longer) and she told me all my gums needed surgery. After she performed surgery on my lower left side I decided to get another opinion on my gums. I was told that I DID NOT have gum disease with any of my gums. I've been to the dentist every six months ( including today) and have no sign of gum disease. This doctor was going to operate on all my gums when I didn't really need it.

Amazing! Had a gum graft done and it turned out perfect! You can't even tell because of how well it healed! Dr.Salloum was wonderful and so was her staff! Highly recommend!!

I've been seeing her for a few years now. Staff is super friendly. Dr Lisa is incredibly gentle, which is great for someone with a spee sensitive mouth, like me. I recommend her office to anyone I know.

I heard that Dr. Salloum, Periodontist, was highly recommended. I was referred to her by my General Dentist, and it was truly above and beyond, very professional. My referring dentist described my periodontal case as challenging but at the end of the day he was very impressed at the results. I am impressed myself, & I was expecting more pain and complications but that didn't happen! Do I recommend Dr. Lisa Salloum? ABSOLUTELY, can't go wrong with her, great choice, if this can help somebody.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Do not go to this dentist! She is a scammer. My wife was sent by her dentist to get a consult so we called her office to get an appointment. Well, they had to call us about 5 times (and that is not an exaggeration) first to make sure we will show up, then another to move the appointment, then three more times to confirm it. So we drive 30 mins to her office. First, her office is very disorganized with charts lying around. Clearly, they do not give importance to protect their patients' information. Bad sign which we ignored. My wife went for a consult and was told she needed a deep cleaning, which she did on the spot (no other patients to treat?). She was told to go back two weeks after and this time she was told she needed a surgery and insurance will partly cover it. Because we trusted her, my wife had a surgery. Long story short, every time we go there, my wife needs surgery which we complied until I became suspicious on when is this going to end. I just recently found out, my ex-neighbor used to go to Dr. Salloum and same thing happened to him so he switched to Dr. Fetner and Dr. Hartigan who told him he is completely well and he just needs cleaning every 4 months. WHAT A SCAMMER!!!! I told my dentist and he said he stopped referring to Dr. Salloum because several of his patients said the same thing. So if you decide to be her patient expect to (1) get multiple phone calls about your appointments (2)wait in her office for about an hour because she is always late (3) spend $$$ for treatment you do not need (4) go home with a sore mouth (4)be bugged with several phone calls to convince you that you need to get treated (AND SHE IS ALSO WILLING TO CUT MY COPAY IN HALF JUST SO SHE CAN COLLECT EVERYTHING THAT IS LEFT IN MY INSURANCE). PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO!

They deliver the HIGHEST standard of care to each and every patient, plus Dr. Salloum's passion for her field of Periodontics & Dental Implants is readily apparent. From the very first telephone encounter to the final follow-up appointment, their level of commitment is simply astounding. For the patients who fear dental procedures, please know Dr. Salloum delivers on her promise for a painless procedure! A++ for this practice. My friends & I have been long term patients and we will not go anywhere else! She truly is top notch.
