My husband and I returned to Beulah after retiring and chose to become patients of Dr. Musgrave. My husband is a retired dentist and with his 33 years of knowledge and experience we know our decision was the right one! Dr. Lisa is exceptionally competent, compassionate and patient. The team provides efficient and proven dental therapies with cutting edge methods and materials. The office is welcoming, family friendly and dedicated to their patients! We are very impressed and pleased with our care at Lisa Musgrave, DDS.

I have thoroughly enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Musgrave's. The entire staff is caring and compassionate and take a whole health approach that goes beyond just caring for your teeth. The high quality of care and the extra effort to get to know you as a patient and person is very valuable to me and I highly recommend them!

Is it possible to say visiting your dentist is an absolute pleasure ??? When you visit Lisa Musgrave it is! Dr Musgrave's sincere kind heart emanates throughout her staff. There is an atmosphere of a happy family of top-notch professionalism. It was like having my best friend or big sister taking care of teeth.... knowing she is the best at her craft. I completely trust her, her advice and her skills. Truly. Truly. The best dentist and dental staff I've ever experienced.

Dr. Musgrave and her team have provided excellent care since we moved to Benzie county a few years ago. From their attention to patient's needs to the science and craftsmanship of their profession, they have all shown great dedication, and place patient care first.

My experiences at Dr. Musgrave's office have been consistently of the highest caliber. Before l was recommended to her, l used to dread dentist visits and l nervously clutched the arms of the chair throughout the visit. But in the care of Dr. Musgrave and her expert team of highly trained professionals, I am at ease with their caring and detailed examinations and thorough, painless cleanings. When a filling or crown is required, Dr. Musgrave takes time to explain every step of the procedure and to answer all my questions. She does her work in my mouth so gently that now l can rest my hands in my lap calmly while in her chair. She inspects new crowns for good workmanship before she places them. Recently she rejected a crown from the lab, to be re-done, when it didn't meet her high standards. Dr. Musgrave keeps up on the latest dental technology. In response to Covid -19, she has installed a number of air purifiers and strong filters , and the office is meticulously clean. I most highly recommend her and her staff. Trish Early

Dr. Musgrave is a very progressive dentist. She has state of the art equipment and techniques to give high quality dental care. I was amazed when I realized how behind the times my old dentist was, and my teeth are in much better condition since changing to Dr Musgrave. She and her entire staff are kind, compassionate and patient, and don't make me feel like a "wimp" (even though I am!).

While going to the Dentist is generally not something I look forward to, Dr Lisa and her staff make it a positive experience. They are pleasant, proficient and professional. I am also very confident that they have my health as a top priority. I highly recommend them.

I've had really bad luck with dentists in my adult life. They caused me a great deal of pain, removed a tooth so that it hit the wall on its way out of my mouth, and even lied to me. I recently had to have a crown put in, and I was quite nervous before the appointment. Dr. Musgrave didn't hurt me at all. The procedure was calm and professional throughout. It took 90 minutes, but it didn't seem that long. I'm grateful for her skill and concern for my welfare.

Sometimes you take a shot in the dark and hope to receive service and care that is at least "adequate".Frankly, I chose Dr.Musgraves' practice initially based on location. Now I feel I have discovered a gold mine! Above and beyond caring from all members of the staff complete with excellent explanations, competency, and certainly no pressure to do it "all at once". I have already recommended the practice to two others and a third is pending. I am truly impressed and rest comfortably knowing this important aspect of my health will be well attended to for years to come.

Like many, I was hesitant about going to the dentist during COVID. But a chipped tooth brought me back to Dr. Musgrave a little earlier than I planned. I needn't have worried - she invested in many things to protect her patients and her staff. This level of concern for her staff so they could continue to safely provide their excellent services to her patients is commendable. A great dental practice - I'm glad I found them. Highly recommend.

A wonderful, well run office with a very professional staff. They have great COVID safety precautions in place along with the newest in dental technology. Dr. Musgrave takes time to explain all the procedures, has flawless technique and completely puts even the most nervous patient at ease. Highly recommend this office.

I can recommend Dr Musgrave's office. In this time of covid they had great protocols in place and I felt safe. Sarah Rosum is very professional and Roxanne is welcoming. Dr. Musgrave and her family is a great addition to our community.

I know of no one who likes to go to the dentist including me. Dr Musgrave and her staff are well aware of how stressed out I can get when I have dental work. They treat me with extra care and concern for my comfort, however, I found out I'm not the only one. Some of my friends who go to her have the same experience. It seems that this kind of caring is a priority for every patient. This, and the expertise of the entire staff as well as their state of the art equipment, makes being her patient a positive experience. Melissa Havlin

I recently moved to Benzie County from the Detroit area. In February 2021, I was due for my regular routine dental appointment and elected to try Lisa Musgrave, DDS in Beulah, who was recommended to me by a long time Benzie County resident. My dentist in the Detroit area has been in practice for over 30 years and my experience with this dentist was exceptionally good. As someone not particularly fond of change, I was rather apprehensive about going to a new dentist. I was extremely impressed by the facility, equipment, staff and Dr. Lisa. The facility was modern and used all of the necessary equipment and protocols to protect the patient and the staff from the coronavirus. The staff was pleasant, respectful and safety conscience. Dr. Lisa was welcoming and professional and the obvious leader of this team. I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Lisa. The shift from my now former dentist in the Detroit area, to Dr. Lisa's dental practice was like stepping forward in time, moving from technology and methods used 30 years ago to modern day best practices and equipment. I am in good hands with Dr. Lisa and her team.

I recently had extensive dental work by my dentist Dr Lisa Musgrave and I was reminded what a pleasure it has been over the years to be a patient in her office. I can count on a competent and welcoming staff. And so impressed with her Covid mitigation strategy which includes Re engineering the office air flow, strict adherence to public health recs, PPE and temp recording and wait room measures. As a physician I am so impressed with Dr Musgrave's skills in diagnostics and oral/ dental surgical work. It's a Five star office and easy to recommend to friends and family. David Blessing MD

She is (and her staff are) the best! You feel among family and friends. The office runs smoothly and I have never been delayed or inconvenienced in any way. I have had routine care, cleanings, crowns, with them and always treatment has been top-notch. My questions are answered promptly. They have modern equipment and take excellent Covid precautions. Dr Lisa herself conveys a deep sense of caring for my well being; she explains options and treatment super well. Going to the dentist is not considered to be a fun activity, but these guys come very close!
