Dr. Lisa Lu Davis grew up in a little town in Santa Cruz County, California. She attended the University of California Santa Cruz and San Jose State University where she finished her undergraduate studies in Biology. She then traveled across the nation to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to attain her DMD (Dental Medicine Doctorate) from Temple University in 1999. Dr. Davis excelled in her requirements graduating in the top of her class, receiving awards in radiology, treatment planning and restorative clinics. She was honored with the Hahnemann award for her research in Sjogren Syndrome, a disease affecting the salivary glands.
Dr. Davishas completed a year long post graduate study from Esthetic Professionals, and has been a faculty member at Spears institute for dental education. Along with general dentistry we offer straight teeth with aligners or short term orthodontics, root canal therapy and dental veneers in a family atmosphere. Dr. Davis loves providing patients options to achieve their aesthetic goals. She works hard to give each patient a healthy smile achievable and maintainable for years to come. She is Invisalign trained and a certified Six Month Smiles provider for cosmetic braces.
Following her heart, Dr. Lisa Lu Davis was persuaded to move to the Central Coast in 2007 by her husband Justin Davis, a local, family practice physician. Since then Dr. Davis truly appreciates the Central Coast, a place where relationships matter and where a smile and a handshake mean what they should.

I had a different hygienist this time she wasn't as thorough and did not clean behind the bar where my braces are on the lower part of my teeth she also did not supply me with certain hygiene supplies that I needed for my braces when I got home I realize that I will have to go back and get the things that were missing in my hygiene bag. She also did not clean the top portion of my lower teeth where my bar is I was kind of disappoinoted.

My experience with Dr. Lu was very comforting during my Crown filling. I would recommend her to anyone especially those that are afraid of dentists. Her bedside manner is amazing.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very nice office. The patient chairs have massage capabilities which is a nice addition. No one likes going to the dentist, but Lisa and her staff somehow make it enjoyable.

Dr Lisa Lu Davis is amazing!! I can't say enough about her. My husband and I moved to Paso from Pismo and needed a new dentist. I found her online and am so thankful I found her. I never take the time to write reviews, but she's so amazing I can't not write one! She has all the up to date technology in her office. My old dentist, which I thought was up to date on things sent us out for other things we had to have done.. My experience with her and her staff was first class. Front office (Trish and Brittny) are amazing, polite knowledgeable and very accommodating to your schedule for follow ups. Dr. Davis makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Her sense of humor is hysterical , and I love being in the dentist chair, talking to her. who can say they love being at the dentist.?? Dr. Davis is just the best dentist I-have ever been to in my life., She cares and treats you as if you were her own family!! Explains everything that needs to happen and explains how things work, in a way that you will understand. What I love about her the most is that she doesn't stop just because a procedure is done , she stops when she is satisfied and knows it's done right!! I can not say that about any other dentist I have ever been to. If you need or want the best please call her office, you will not regret it and will not be disappointed in any way.
