Continuing education is the most effective means of ensuring that I remain aware of advances in dental technology and dental best practices. It is essential, if I am to offer superior care to those I serve. Consequently, I am actively involved in continuing education. I am also currently involved with Spear Education and the Scottsdale Center for Advanced Dentistry. This focuses on everything from addressing the comprehensive dental needs of my patients to ensuring the overall professional excellence of my practice.
Professional memberships offer those within a field numerous means for advancing their skills and broadening their knowledge. Access to research allows them to stay in touch with the newest developments in best practices, research, and technology. It also allows them access to collective knowledge allowing them to work together to confront challenges they face. As a long time member of the Academy of General Dentistry, I believe membership demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning and quality continuing education. I also work closely with the Pride Institute. This body assists dental professionals in utilizing progressive management techniques, structures, and approaches as a way to improve the quality of care our patients receive.
Though a South Shore native, I've found I'm a city girl at heart and I have happily settled into life as a resident of Charlestown. I have a sweet kitty named Lovey who lives with me. In my spare time, I enjoy being in the great outdoors, hiking, biking, golfing, snowshoeing, skiing, or getting lost in a good book at the beach.
I truly value being part of our community and believe it very important for all of us to participate in local activities. For example, I have run the Boston Marathon twice to raise money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in memory of my cousin, Jenny.

I am a graduate of Middlesex Community College's dental hygiene program, obtaining my degree with high honors in 2011. Educating my patients on the importance of excellent oral health and the connection between oral health and general systemic health is the most enjoyable part of my job. I've found that by thorough explanation and the use of intraoral cameras, I can give my patients a better understanding of their oral health, establish better habits, and relieve dental anxieties. I enjoy being able to customize my patients care and suggest home-care regimens based upon each persons different needs and lifestyles.
During my free time I enjoy cooking and finding new healthy recipes, listening to country music, and spending time visiting with my family and in-laws. I also love travelingI'm fluent in Polish and have visited the country many times since my first trip in 1994 to visit my family.
