terrible customer service, they canceled or changed my appointments three out of the three times i was there, and scheduled me with a dentist that couldn't even do the root canel that i had been scheduled for for three months. they told me day of, that they could do my root canel, after i had been in pain that long and arrranged childcare and time off work. no apology or feelings of compassion, just terribly unprofessional. the place is also dirty, and dentist not covid safe. never been so disappointed in a dentist place. the best compliment i have is at least the dentist did a really good job floating my filling so it lined up well in my mouth. for that they get one star.

After a year I still can not eat with my right side. He said I need to do filling on my molars. Lol the teeth were good to eat with no pain, don't recover from his killing. They wanna do mother side. I say no thanx. I tell you once again. If you love your teeth don't go there.

Dr Baker truly cares about her patients! We recently had a bad experience at a different facility and sought her advice as a second opinion. Dr Baker took time to explain everything and fixed our problem in the first appt! I am very grateful for her expertise and her willingness to put her patients first. You won't find better care and her prices are very reasonable.

I've been seeing Dr. Lisa for over 10 years now, since I was a pediatric patient, and have had all of my dental work done by her or Dr. Don. I think that's evidence enough that she and everyone in the practice are so kind, caring, efficient, and gentle. I was very impressed with their response to the pandemic and implementation of CDC recommendations during my recent visit. As usual I felt that I was very much in good hands.

I was in college and didn't have time to make it to my regular dentist at home. I went in for the regular cleaning/checkup and he said I had cavities in all 4 wisdom teeth, in addition to 2 other cavities. He told me the 4 wisdom teeth needed to be removed ASAP and the 2 cavities filled. I told him I'd schedule it at a later time. I went to my regular dentist 6 months later and she told me that my wisdom teeth were fine and getting them pulled was completely optional, given that they weren't causing any problems (they weren't, and still aren't 10 years later). She also said I had no cavities. So basically Dr. Baker was trying to do work that I did not need so he could get paid. Based on that and reading the other reviews, I have no idea how this guy hasn't been sued for malpractice. My second issue with this "dentist" has to do with a small claim he placed against me. He claimed I did not pay the $20 copay the time I made the mistake of going to his office for a checkup, and went so far as to file a claim against me in small claims court. First, this claim was placed 3 years after I went there...so not really sure what the motivation was to place it. Second, it's pretty tough to leave the office without paying the copay, plus I wouldn't have been able to pick up my prescription that he wrote for some mouthwash that I'm guessing I didn't need. Just another attempt at trying to get yet more money. If you're thinking of going to this guy, punch yourself in the mouth instead because that will provide better care for your teeth than this guy will.

They're a decent dentist but I pay for dental insurance through tricare and they NEVER bill tricare they always bill me for the full amount even though they insist they take tricare and I call to rectify the situation every single month. I will never visit this dentist again.

From the temperature taking in the parking lot to the hygienist doing her work so efficiently and friendly to the checkup by Dr. baker to checking out, I was overwhelmed by the precautions taken to ensure my safety and theirs. Audrey and Brianna were simply superb, as was Dr. Baker! I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. All of you are as wonderful as could ever be imagined. That is so professional and exemplary of what a medical office should be. I am hooked! Thank you!

Had been dealing with a bad tooth for more than a week and called them at 9 when they opened. They told me to come on up and at least get an evaluation. Dr. Lisa said the tooth needed pulled and since I had drovw an hour there she would go ahead and get it out then. Dr. Lisa is the absolute best dentist I've ever been to and the entire staff are great. Id recommended them to anyone
