Dr. Gao and her dental team are absolutely amazing. The love and care that they put into crafting the perfect smile for you will always be the reason I will refer them to everyone who wants a great experience along their braces journey. Dr. Gao and her team surpassed all my expectations and left me speechless when I saw my new smile. I literally cannot stop smiling! 10/10 experience!

I was referred to Dr. Gao from an oral surgeon after I had a procedure following a fall. Dr. Gao saw me immediately and explained different treatment options. She and her staff were friendly, patient and thorough making me feel confident going forward.

By far the worst medical provider encountered so far. Poor service and significant lack of attention to detail. At least take a look at other orthodontics before choosing here. 1. Initial treatment was planned without an updated X-ray; an image from two years prior was used 2. No communication of treatment progress or status: 3-6 months of treatment was proposed but ended up taking close to a year. No proper explanation was given until scrutiny from patient 3. Extremely unprofessional receptionist. Demand of explanation to prolonged treatment and poor treatment result was answered with a plain proposal of refund; was later told they are not interested in patients who couldn't trust the clinic. The refund agreement also included a defamation clause: credibility of the high rating is questionable 4. Treatment result was far from expected. Improper alignment of mandibular canines and light posterior open bite 5. Attachment removal was not carried out with proper attention. A few minor fractures and a scratch were incurred during removal. Some glue wasn't not properly remove.

My daughter has been seeing Dr.Gao for six months now. Her teeth look way better than before. Dr.Gao is very friendly and professional. She answered all our questions and concerns. The staffs are very nice too! I feel very comfortable for Dr.Gao to fix my daughter's teeth. I strongly recommend Westwood Orthodontics if you are still browsing around for orthodontics.

Dr. Gao and the entire team is great! Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, and their office is very organized. I never had to wait past my appointment time to be seen. Not only does Dr.Gao run on time, but she is very efficient once you're in the patient chair. I had Invisalign and would definitely recommend it. It is a painless process and the results are worth it! I'm very happy with my new smile and the entire process took about 10 months. Thank you again Dr. Gao and team for a positive experience!
