Lauren is a graduate of Delaware Technical Community College in Dental Hygiene. She graduated summa cum laude in 2012. She is a member of several study clubs and is dedicated to her patients and the practice of dental hygiene. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and hiking.
Jennifer has been a dental assistant since 1999. Born and raised a proud military brat, she received her dental training through the Red Cross program at Dover Air Force Base.In her spare time, you will usually find her by a bonfire or out in the woods. Jen enjoys fishing and bow hunting, and she always has a tale to tell.

Not impressed with your customer service today. No Blue Cross/Blue Shield or Tricare accepted for insurance? I strongly believe it is a intentional run around or you are not comfortable attending to certain types of people? Anyway I really need a clear explanation.

I absolutely love the staff and doctor. She is the first dentist I have found and have been completely happy with for myself and kids. The receptionist is an absolute joy to talk too and very informative and could answer all my questions. The office is clean and the entire staff is a pleasure.

I don't normally write reviews but this office deserves one. Very neat and clean facility ,as should be expected during covid. Staff was incredibly friendly and polite. My visits have been quick and for the most part painless. Out of the 7 or 8 dentist I have been to through out my life this is by far the best. Keep up the outstanding work!

Great experience from start to finish. I never give reviews but my son had such an awesome experience he signed me up to give this review. Bonnie x-rayed, brushed and flossed his teeth. She made him feel very comfortable and eased his anxiety. She engaged in his concerns and listened and reassured him throughout his visit that he would be fine. I appreciated her motherly and attentiveness when it came to him. We both fell in love with Lisa she is very compassionate she made him feel very comfortable and explained things in a way that not only would he understand but me as well. The atmosphere is very upbeat, warm and welcoming. As we were leaving I asked my 6 year old if we were there to stay with Lisa and the crew and when he replied yes, I knew this would be our home Dentistry for years to come. Definitely NOT coming back! This clinic was just after $$$. Before making an appointment it was clear that the patient is a 3yr old toddler and has swelling gums. Paid my appointment and was told my kid needs to be seen by a pediatric dentist. Wow! why would you accept an appointment if you knew you're not a pediatric dentist?! THE DENTIST Dr. Lisa Fagioletti herself is rude and unprofessional. She asked me if i was brushing my kid teeth?! wth?? May I remind you, I am paying you to treat my daughters tooth and not to judge me! comparing how you brush your kids teeth to mine in a nice way would be better. Also, she doesn't even know how care be gentle to a kid. When my 3 yr old daughter was attempting to touch her nose, she yelled not to pick her nose because it is bacteria and said she didn't want to get covid. Seriously?? Your attitude is worse than covid! The only nice person in this clinic was the hygienist she's kind, and knows how to handle a toddler.

Thier so called office manager is very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. and its very sad that the Dentist allows this in her place of business for her office manager just to hang up on people when they call and when i called back she was very rude!!!!!!! Ill make sure i keep giving bad reviews and i will be popping in office to speak personally w the the dentist but hey if the manager acts this way i wonder how the Dentist is?!?!?!?

Friendly staff at reception desk. Dental staff very nice and skillfull. I HATE dental appointments, but they made me feel comfy. I never wait long. Wife and kids like it here as well.
