Lippian Family Dentistry, located in Texarkana, TX, consists of a husband-and-wife team of dentists, as well as four hygienists, three assistants, and four front-desk personnel. Almost all of the staff is cross-trained to provide you with the best service possible. Drs. Adriane and Jim Lippian decided they wanted to form a practice together early in their careers, and they felt Texarkana would be the ideal location for their growing practice. Our team proudly provides a wide range of general, cosmeticand restorativedentistry services to provide you with the healthy, beautiful smile you want and deserve.
Dr. Adriane grew up in North Carolina and moved to Ohio in 1998 for her masters in microbiology from The Ohio State University, which she earned in 2002. She then received her doctorate of dental surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2006.
After opening the practice with her husband Dr. Jim Lippian in 2006, Dr. Adriane was hired at the NTCC Mt. Pleasant School of Dental Hygiene as a part-time dentist to assist the hygiene students with the treatment planning portion of their studies. She returned upon request a few years later to continue assisting at the school until its closing. In her free time, she enjoys time on the farm with Jim and their two daughters. They love the outdoors, their little Dexter cows, and riding horses. Dr. Adriane also is an avid dog enthusiast and has ventured into many disciplines over the years, the most important of which has been search and rescue dog training. She attends and assistant instructs at seminars throughout the year.
Dr. Adriane has participated in career-day programs for students at local schools, where she discusses dental health and dental careers. She also completed the Implant Seminars Continuum Course Series with Dr. Arun Garg. Her passion in Dentistry lies in giving patients a reason to smile about their dental health and their dental esthetics. Aside from traditional esthetic Dentistry she thoroughly enjoys dentures and the impact they make for a person who needs this type of prosthetic. Dr. Adriane is a member of the Texas Dental Association and American Dental Association.
Dr. Jim grew up in Worthington, OH and graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2006. After graduation, Dr. Jim and his wife Dr. Adriane moved to New Boston, TX. Dr. Jim is a member of the Texas Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He is also a Fellow of the International Dental Implant Association (IDIA) and completed the Implant Seminars Continuum Course Series with Dr. Arun Garg. He currently is continuing his education in total occlusion by attending classes at the world-renowned Kois Center in Seattle, WA.
Dr. Emily Markle was born and raised in Texarkana and graduated from Redwater High School. Upon completion of high school, she attended Southern Arkansas University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She was then accepted into The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry. She participated in the American Student Dental Association, Psi Omega Dental Fraternity, and held a leadership role in the Texas Association of Women Dentists, Houston chapter.
In 2019, she was awarded the Outstanding Woman Student Dentist award from the Texas Association of Women Dentists. Dr. Markle is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Markle married her high school sweetheart and together they have 3 dogs who are their pride and joy. In their spare time they like to spend time with their families, travel, and spend any open weekend at Lake Greeson. Dr. Markle is very excited to return home and join Lippian Family Dentistry.

Everything from start to finish was perfect. Dr Markle was very professional. She told me what to expect and exactly what she was going to do. The procedure was painless, and upon completion of the work she explained again what she did, and told me that I might suffer a little discomfort due to the filling being partially under the gum line. However, it has been over five hours and I have no had any pain. I will certainly return to Dr. Markle for my future dental work, and I hope to have Dr Markle as my dentist for years to come.

Absolutely the best dentist that I've been too! The whole staff is just inviting and understanding. I had a tooth filled and was having some discomfort with it. They was able to get me in and out fairly quickly. I would highly recommend.

Hands down the BEST dentist around! They make the experience so easy for my 3 kids all the way up to me! I'm terrified of the dentist but Dr. Jim and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable as they can without any pain at all! They get to know you and remember you when you come in and that just makes you feel a little more special! Definitely give them a call if you're needing a new dentist!
