I have to disagree with Charlisha Morris I've been a patient of Lionville Dental Associates for 8 years and have always had a pleasant experience with them. From the front desk staff to the assistants, hygienists and doctors, I have always been treated with the highest quality of care, friendliness and professionalism. I was notified by them that an employee tested positive for COVID-19 recently and they were handling the situation according to the CDC and American Dental Association guidelines. I called the office to question them regarding my visit and my questions were answered honestly and professionally. I personally have witnessed the proper PPE in place and the extra care the staff takes in sanitizing for the safety of the patients and for themselves.

My family dentist recently retired after many, many years. I am super nervous in a dental chair so the anxiety of finding his replacement seemed over bearing. I'm not the best patient (I admit). I made an appointment with Lionville Dental and went into the office with caution. I was so impressed from the moment I walked in the door, Great staff. Thank you, Dr. Ruess for making me feel comfortable and making it a wonderful experience.

Been at this location for a few yrs.Front desk staff is amazing!!! Karen, Carol and Sarah do an amazing job! They know who I like for my dental cleaning and my preferred dentist. Always smiling and pleasant!!! I have recommended to my friends when they were looking for a new dentist. There are a few locations: Parksburg and Colmar. Front staff and dentist were also amazing there!!!(trice is always cleaned and bright, specially with pandemic it's even welcoming coming in.

Showed up for my appointment today and they told me I didn't have one. Last appointment they sent me a bill for not showing up even though I was there. The appointment before that they made me wait in the lobby for over an hour. This place is a nightmare to deal with.

As a " Dentist hesitant " person : I was quickly put at ease by the receptionist when I called for my first appointment. After my first appointment with them , I am so relieved that I've chosen a caregiver who has exceeded all expectations!

I have been with this practice since they opened. I have had nothing but excellent service from the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dentists. They are caring, professional and go out of their way to explain procedures. I have referred so many of my friends. I highly recommend this office!

HORRIBLE!!! WORST DENTIST EVER!!! AVOID!!! Got a replacement crown done, they use cheap lab and the new crown was a joke, rough and jagged, also did not fit AT ALL. Dr "J" tried to file it and ended up filing too much of crown away. Crown ended up being way too short could not even eat on it, also still rough and jagged. Met with Dr Reuss, he was rude, condescending, arrogant and implied I was lying. Said there was nothing wrong, how would I know what a new crown is suppose to feel like, and would not give me a refund. Even though I am still in pain, can't eat on the crown and it's rough and jagged and too short? Said they would give me a new crown but it would be no better than the first one they did???? why would I got back there? I now have to spend another $300 and go to another practice to have this mess resolved and they refuse to answer me about a refund and purposely ignored my emails and calls. Do not go to this practice they do not know what they are doing and steal your money!!!!! office manager karen is also rude and arrogant.

My family of four has been going to Lionvillr Associates since the opening! We are always greeted by extremely friendly receptionists and very knowledgeable staff members! My daughter has a very difficult time getting X-rays and the staff is sensitive to her needs and take extra time with her so that she is calm and confident. The staff make us feel at home! I have recommended Lionville Associates to many friends and they have all been extremely satisfied!

I have been involved in Lionville Dental Associates since it began 10 yrs ago. I witnessed the development of its mission statement & have witnessed the ongoing allegiance to this statement by everyone connected to this practice. We are skilled professionals who are honest qualified highly experienced & very committed to the care of every patient who walks through our door. The humanity begins at our front desk - our office manager Karen is not only very knowledgeable about dental issues she is also the kindest most caring person you will encounter - when presented with a problem Karen approaches the issue with the utmost integrity and concern - reaching a resolution is a goal she always achieves. I will get to the important point of my post- a very disturbing post about our office was brought to my attention. After reading the harsh comments I searched our patients & was surprised that we do not have a patient named James King-so James- whoever you are- have you attacked the right practice?!? I can say with utmost certainty that the environment you described could never be Lionville Dental Associates- I have never been more sure of anything in my entire life. Anger is energy - perhaps using that energy to build up instead of knocking down would be a wiser more productive choice for everyone involved.

My family loves this office, from the front desk to the hygentist and dentists. I'm always greeted on the phone and in the office with a friendly voice or smile. They are very patient and thorough. I had an issue with my insurance and they worked hard to resolve it for me. The hygentist give a thorough cleaning without the usual pain and discomfort I've experience with previous places. The dentists are always warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. My daughter has a missing adult tooth and the dentist set up a plan for her as she goes through braces. I know that if we ever have an emergency this office will be there to help. I fully recommend Lionville Dental Associates.

This is the friendliest medical office I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any type of dental work . Dr Reuss has been great.
