Aubrey joined us as a Patient Care Coordinator but actually started off her career as a Certified Dental Assistant. While she still enjoys assisting the doctors chairside, she now helps the office in other ways by working up front with patients helping them understand their insurance, claims and any other billing questions. Shes been in the field for 10 years now and with her knowledge of both the clinical and administrative side of the office it makes her a very well-rounded member of our team.

Courtney started working in the dental field in 2008 while she was in her senior year of high school. She worked after school filing and helping with a variety of office tasks. Now, almost 13 years later she still loves her job in the dental filed and wouldn't change a thing! What Courtney enjoys most about working at Linworth Family Dental is that it is like working with one big family! Everyone is so caring and we treat our patients as we would our family members.

Courtney is from Grove City and enjoys reading, being outdoors and in the sunshine, camping and riding her Side x Side with her fianc, Chase. Meredith obtained her degree in Dental Hygiene from Rhodes State College in Lima, OH. She has been a dental hygienist for 8 years and has been a part of our family for the last 6 years. When asked what she loved about working here she said the staff I get to work with here and the wonderful patients that I have been able to build personal relationships with. Meredith says growing up I always had a great experience at the dentist. My dentist and hygienist always made sure I was comfortable and that each visit was enjoyable for me. I knew at a young age that one day I would love to become a dental hygienist and be able to bring that same great experience to patients of my own. She has certainly done that, and is a favorite with our patients!.

Its nice seeing patients who have been coming in for years and seeing them grow. Kaity is the newest addition to our Hygiene team, and what an enthusiastic addition she has been! Kaity joined us right after graduating dental assisting school from the Delaware Area Career Center. We knew how great she was already though, because she acquired her shadowing hours with our office while she was completing her dental training. It was an easy decision to hire her right out of school! She is an accomplished hygiene assistant and is already working on developing the skills needed to assist our doctors as well.

Kaity lives in Columbus with her family and her 2 cats Delilah and Reese. When she isnt working, she loves playing X-box and trying out new foods. She is always up for exploring new flavors and checking out new restaurants. She was active in Marching band in Highs school and played Clarinet for 6 years. She is still passionate about music and loves the cultural options that living in Columbus offers! She took her first vacation to Florida this last summer got bit by the travel bug. Rebecca has been with us for about a year now and we just love having her here! She is an invaluable assistant to the doctors and just a nice person to be around! Rebecca loves spending time with her family and they love hanging out by the water. You can be sure if they have a weekend free, Lake Erie is where they will be! They also enjoy Bowling, going to the movies and camping. As if she wasnt busy enough with 3 boys and a full time job, Rebecca also works for Complete Mobile Dental on the weekends. They provide much needed dental care for Veterans and military personnel that do not have access to traditional dental offices. We could not be prouder to call Rebecca part of our team and we know that you will love spending time with her as much as we do! Her sense of humor is quirky and fun, and odds are you will be laughing before she is done with you!

I'm a new patient at LFD and had my second appointment to get fillings done yesterday. Dr. Vicki was amazing and communicated everything so well. However, Olga completed my fillings and that's where things took a turn. She had done my fillings previously and I was not happy with the outcome because my bite seemed off. I put off coming back for six months but decided to give them another chance to complete the rest of the work. After being there for over 2.5 hours Olga told me that one of my fillings was "not ideal" and that she needed Dr. Vicki to look at it, and also assist her with another separate filling. After waiting for 20mins, all the staff on lunch and multiple apologies later, Dr. Vicki came back and said my tooth looked fine and assisted with the last one. Olga then polished the last tooth but my bite was uneven, I let her know and she continued to work on it. It still was off and at this point I was getting anxious and just wanted to leave since I'd been there for three hours. I told her it was still uneven and she said "that's interesting because I cant tell" I just said ok and she told me to keep an eye out on it and come back if it bothered me. During my appointment two different ladies came back to tell me they couldn't find my insurance account and I explained I just recently graduated and got dental with my first full time job and it should be active. When I went to check out it still wasn't showing up so I asked if I could call my insurance and get back to them by the end of the day. They let me leave and I called my insurance and they said that everything was active. I called LFD back and gave them my social and asked if they could search for it that way. The girl responded saying "ok I'll give it to them" and then said bye. I was waiting on a call back to see if I needed to forward any additional documents but did not hear back. I called LFD again today to ask if my insurance went through and they said yes. It would have been nice to let me know or keep me on the line yesterday to know if it went through. Even when scheduling this appointment they called to confirm and only had me down for a cleaning but I had 3 additional fillings that needed to be done since they suggested splitting it into two appointments.

Do not understand why this experience was so bad, based on the reviews that have been left previously. However, I had x-rays, and cleaning on September 27th, I have to say that it was the most aggressive cleaning I have ever experienced. Starting from the x-rays to the extremely rushed polishing, very disappointing. Do not know if the hygienist was having a bad day, but it is now 6 days post cleaning and there still is significant pain and tenderness, still have open cuts inside mouth due to x-rays..

We have been patients for over 15 yrs. We have been really impressed with everyone- Drs, Hygienists, and Office Staff. Recently, we ran into an issue with our dental insurance coverage after some plan changes. Heather and staff went above and beyond to help us with the situation and make things right. It is comforting to know that they really care about their patients.

This place is very different from what it used to be. It is run by the office manger who is only money driven. They have clever ways to manipulate you into getting a lot more services than you originally come for. Beware of manipulations.

Had my first visit this week and will never go anywhere else. Great, friendly service. Gabriella is the most knowledgable of any dental hygienist I've ever seen and has incredible bedside manner. She explains everything she's doing and makes sure you're comfortable throughout. Dr. Whittaker was great as well, and so was the front office staff. Incredibly affordable too!

Dr. Vickie is awesome! She's gentle, caring and thorough. She always checks on me to make sure I'm "Doing ok" . Everyone that helps is great, too. Truly a great office.

This is a difficult review to give because the dentists and the dental staff are, and always have been top notch. Dr Vicki above all, is a great person and the care she offers her patients, is outstanding. My large family has been going to the is practice for many years in spite of some of the ladies that run the front office, who's personalities do not match the team that are actually performing the procedures in the back. Recently it seems that they have added other front office staff that are much kinder and easier to work with; but unfortunately there still is an anxiety when you have to interact with them, that you could get someone who is mean and uncomfortable to work with. That person(s), is not the only reason why we are all leaving this practice but it definitely was a big contributor. It really is disappointing. I know of other families that have felt the same way and made the choice to leave.

Front staff is always courteous and friendly. I have had two excellent hygienists. I have had only one slightly negative experience when the doctor came in and sat behind me rather than face-to-face with me
