Dr. Charyl Weingarten is excited and dedicated to continue Lino Lakes Family Dentistrys tradition of graciously serving the community. Besides the joy she has in caring for her patients each day, Dr. Weingarten says her favorite part about working at Lino Lakes Family Dentistry is the kind and caring people she works with each day. She is also thrilled to practice alongside Dr. Michael Hyden, who has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years and is one of the founders of Lino Lakes Family Dentistry.
Dr. Weingarten attended the University of Oregon on a Track and Field scholarship, and completed her undergraduate studies at North Dakota State University earning a Bachelor of Science. In 2009, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Creighton University. She went on to receive a certificate in Advanced Specialty Education from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, completing a General Practice residency in hospital dentistry.
With a passion for staying fully informed on the recent advances of dental technology and current dental health, Dr. Weingarten frequently takes part in extensive continuing education and annual dental conferences. She has completed the Post Graduate Program in Esthetic Dentistry: Level 1 sponsored by the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She is committed to empowering total health and wellness in the belief that dental professionals are the gatekeepers of systemic health.
When Dr. Weingarten is not in the clinic, she enjoys music and theater performances, but primarily enjoys the outdoors with her doggies, DeeDee and Toots, and the many activities Minnesota seasons have to offer.

I've been going to Lino Lakes Family Dentists for about 20 years. They've always been great! They're going through some changes and I think they're working to be even better.

I moved north of the cities and needed a convenient dentist. Saw Lino Family Dentistry as I was on my way to El Zocalo (great Mexican food btw!). They always do a good job at LLFD. I almost never floss and my gums usually bleed at the dentist. Not so at LLFD, and they never judge my lack of flossing. The staff is top notch! I'm glad i found them and cant recommend them enough

The front office was very friendly. The hygienist was very excellent. She always told me what she was doing. I enjoyed meeting the very nice dentist. He was very knowledgeable and told me what I needed for my teeth.

I was a first timer in their practice but they made me feel like they knew me forever. Friendly and helpful ; all the Karen's were especially nice. Explanations were complete and understandable. The clinic was bright and comfortable and inviting. Dr. Peet was especially friendly. Definitely 5 stars. I'm going back.

Tried a different dentist because I had moved out of the area. That was a nightmare!! I am back with LLFD. And I am so happy to be back. Been going there for over 15 years. Gentle. Honest. Great staff.

Very good at explaining procedures! Staff is friendly, faculty is clean and well maintained. Location is convenient and easily accessible. Beautiful woods view out the back window, so very relaxing environment. They do a great job of documenting base line on a tooth in question and then follow up on each visit.

Worst filing I've ever had followed by the worst cleaning experience. Nobody we liked works there anymore, and I wouldn't recognize the dentist if I bumped into her in the parking lot. No reason to return.

For those who are worried about being judged, there is none here. I went a decade without a dental visit and they were kind and welcoming and work hard to keep my teeth in my mouth. They are professional. They do good work. Having had to have a cavity fixed, the work went smoothly and my teeth are in good shape now. I've had no issue. Also, they know you by name, and, to me, that is a great plus. I recommend Charyl and Melissa to anyone.
