Dr. Jan Linhart is married to Ellen Linhart, his wife of over 30 years! They have two sons, Alexander, who works in financial technology, and Dr. Zachary E. Linhart, who works alongside his father at Linhart Dentistry!
Dr. Linhart is also an avid sportsman, playing ice hockey, golf, tennis, as well as skiing and biking. He came to the Unite States in 1966 from Czechoslovakia, and is thus fluent in the Czech language.
Dr. Zachary E. Linhart is a third generation doctor, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Dr. Ernest Linhart, who practiced dermatology in Prague, Czechoslovakia and NYC, and his father Dr. Jan Linhart. He is a caring, compassionate, and well trained general dentist who can manage all of your dental needs. Dr. Zachary E. Linhart earned his bachelor of arts in neuroscience from Bowdoin College and his DDS degree from New York University College of Dentistry. He completed his residency in general dentistry at the Bronx VA Medical Center, a Mount Sinai affiliated hospital.
In addition to his formal training, Dr. Zachary Linhart interned with his father, Dr. Jan Linhart, from a young age, growing with the practice and gaining valuable insight into the constantly changing world of dentistry.
Dr. Chan has been part of the Linhart Dentistry team for over 12 years! She received her bachelors in science in microbiology from the University of Florida and her doctorate in dentistry from the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry. She believes that education should not end with her receiving her doctorate. She is committed to staying current with the latest technologies and advances in dentistry by attending continuing education courses. She is part of the Frank Spear continuing education continum, and is also CEREC, E4D, Trios, and Invisalign certified.
Dr. Chan is dedicated to understanding the needs and desires of each patient. She takes great pride in providing the best dentistry has to offer in creating a personalized smile for every patient. Her philosophy of dentistry is to treat every patient in a manner that she would expect to be treated; with sincerity, respect, professionalism and compassion.
Dr. Chan is the occlusion, bite, and Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) expert at Linhart Dentistry. With her knowledge of the jaw joint and muscles, she can transform and smile and make patients comfortable with their bite!

Dr. Cindy M. Chagas received a Bachelor of Science degree from Manhattan College and her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and graduated with Honors in Clinical Dentistry and Community Oral Health.
She received advanced clinical and didactic training in general dentistry during her General Practice Residency at Jacobi Medical Center. Passionate and dedicated to the art of dentistry, Dr. Chagas is committed to deliver the finest dentistry and aesthetic results with the least invasive techniques. She remains current with the latest advancements in technology and modern dentistry and is well qualified to exceed your expectations.
Dr. Chagas is a native of New Rochelle, NY and a graduate of New Rochelle High School. She currently lives in New Rochelle with her husband Chris. Dr. Chagas is bilingual with fluency in both Spanish and English.
