Janet and Dr. Bauer have worked together since 1996. Janet began her dental career over 25 years ago as a registered dental assistant. Her current role is that of front office manager. She enjoys helping and interacting with patients. Our patients and staff enjoy her bubbly, positive personality and radiant smile. Janet loves to travel, dine out and spend time outdoors. She values quality time with her husband Steve and their two children.
Katie joined our team in 2016. Behind her beautiful smile is a woman who is passionate about getting to know all of our patients and making sure they receive quality service and attention from our front office. Katie was born in Hawaii and has lived in the South Bay most of her life. In her early years, she was a competitive figure skater, earning multiple international awards. She is also a licensed esthetician. In her free time, Katie enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and of course, skating.
Quynh has been in the dental field for over 35 years. She is a highly trained registered dental assistant. She stays current with continuing dental education classes- a commitment she takes seriously to helping patients maintain their dental health. Patients appreciate her gentle and compassionate bedside manner. Quynh enjoys cooking and reading in her free time. Quynh resides in Fremont with her husband and has three grown daughters.
Kathy has been in the dental field for over 25 years and became a Dental Hygienist in 1996. Kathy has lived in the Bay Area since she was five. Kathy is passionate about dental health and also loves to give back to the community through volunteer dentistry. She spends a lot of time with patients to educate and encourage them to maintain good periodontal health. Kathy resides in Los Gatos with her husband and is a dedicated Mom to her two sons.
Nassim was born and raised in the Bay Area. She has been an active part of the dental field for since 2004. She started as a dental assistant where she quickly became passionate about dentistry. Her passion inspired her to further her education by becoming a Dental Hygienist. She is involved with multiple dental hygiene study groups in order to stay current in the field. Nassim is quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust and friendship with each patient. Her beautiful smile and understanding nature make it easy for patients to feel comfortable. She is extremely devoted to educating patients on their individual needs. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, running, and baking.
Regina began her dental career 27 years ago as a registered dental assistant working in oral surgery and periodontal specialty offices. In 1999, she became a dental hygienist and has enjoyed educating and encouraging patients through their dental journey. Reginas favorite part of her job is providing patients the experience of good dental care and the feeling of a great smile. She loves getting to know her patients and building longterm relationships. Regina grew up locally and still resides in San Jose with her husband, Joe and two children. Her interests are in health and wellness, and she teaches fitness classes at the YMCA and other fitness clubs. She enjoys hanging out with her family, watching movies, riding bikes, and attending church services and activities.
Dr. Linh Bauer leads a state-of-the-art dental office conveniently located in San Joses Willow Glen neighborhood. Dr. Bauer is a 1996 graduate of the School of Dentistry at the University of California at San Francisco. Dr. Bauer attended the University of California at Davis for her undergraduate studies. Dr. Bauer has been a life member with the ADA, CDA and local Santa Clara Dental Society.
Dr. Bauer completed advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, receiving her certificate from the renowned Pacific Aesthetic Continuum in 2001. She is committed to staying current with the latest in technology in order to provide the greatest health benefit to patients. Dr. Bauer enjoys all aspects of dentistry especially building long-term relationships with her patients.
Dr. Bauer enjoys spending time with her large extended family and friends. She loves to exercise and travel. She is very active with her local church and with her childrens school and activities. Dr. Bauer resides in Willow Glen with her husband, Mike and two children.

My girlfriend goes here previously and is annoyed that this dentist treats her enormous staff more than she actually take care of her patients needs. Dr. Bauer is not a talented dentist and often refers patients for other dental care services, but she does treat her friendly staff well.

Very clean, calming office and efficient practice with consistent excellence. Nassim, the hygienist is thorough, efficient and very personable. Dr. Bauer gives options and is not keen on intervening unless really necessary. Highly recommend- and I tend to be fussy. Update... several visits since last and continued to be impressed with Dr Bauer and Nassim, the hygienist. now fully and carefully implementing COVID protocols. Felt very safe and cared for.

If you go here, hold them accountable for how they treat you. One of the dental technicians stopped in the middle of my cleaning to tell me we were not a good fit. I was a ball of nerves because this was my first cleaning in years, I thought everything was fine and I was trying to push through my discomfort . I remember I had my firsts clenched and I did squirm and made an audible tic ( I have Tourette's and told the office before and on my first visit). I remember the technician sounded annoyed as she stopped and sat my chair up. She wanted me to end the appointment and come back another time because she thought I was in too much pain but when I said I couldn't afford that she said " I'm really empathetic but this is not a good fit" (LITERALLY WHAT SHE SAID TO ME). When my face reacted poorly (because she was incredibly and so randomly rude) she became even more vile by rolling her eyes at me and had to leave and ask for Linh to come in. She returns, begrudgingly and says " Alight well, lets try again..". She must have been annoyed with me before I was aware or maybe she projected my Tourette's into me being a difficult patient, either way at this point I'm so over this woman scoffing at me. Linh Bauer comes in after a few minutes and asks if I feel okay and I was so thrown off by the technicians ( Nassim) vibe I said something like " She's making me feel uncomfortable and Nassim immediately sighs and says " SEE!". Linh Bauer had to finish the appointment and it wasn't until I reminded her of my Tourette's Disorder that she started to apologize for Nassim's behavior. Her main explanation was that she has worked with this person for 6 years, and that was it. After speaking with family, friends, and other dental offices I realized this experience was not at all my fault, and that 1. Nassim, for whatever reason, decided I was not worth the trouble and did not deserve the best quality of care, and 2. Linh Bauer defended this behavior blindly. 3. I tried reaching out to Linh and she ignored my first email for 3 months, after calling the office she did reply with " I'm sorry you feel that way" and here we are. Nassim and Linh, if you're reading this know that this is not an exaggeration and this my truth, my perspective, and I challenge you both to do better. Prove me wrong and never treat a patient ( especially those confiding their disabilities with you) like a nuisance, ever again.

The office is always professional from the front receptionist desk to cleaning and exrays; the staff are always warm, personal, professional and punctual. in the many many years that myself, my family and any friends i send there have received dental work, there has not been one problem or complaint. i would recommend them to anyone! i live in mountain view and drive to campbell because they are THAT GOOD! two thumbs up!!!

I have only been to this dental office twice now, but so far I am loving the team! The office is super warm and welcoming and the location is great! Going to the dentist can be a scary experience, but I felt no sense of nerves in my two times visiting. I am relieved I found an office that I love!
