Dr. Lindsten earned his dental degree from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry, after earning his bachelors degree from Wheaton College. He is a member of the Winnebago County Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, Seattle Study Club, Illinois State Dental Society, and American Dental Association. You may have seen him featured in the Get to Know Me column in the business section of the Rockford Register Star.
Dr. Lindsten has taken numerous postgraduate education courses, specifically selecting courses focusing on aesthetic dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation. His recent training includes such topics as veneers, denture fabrication, and TMJ treatment, and he has completed levels one and two of the Clinical Mastery Ultimate Occlusion Series on full mouth rehabilitation. This training allows him to provide his patients with more options for improving their bite and eliminating the painful symptoms that can come with malocclusion. His commitment to lifelong education ensures the highest level of care, both today and tomorrow.
Dr. Lindsten is an active participant in the community, serving as a mediator for the Winnebago County Dental Society. He and his wife Chrissy have two beautiful children, a son and a daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys basketball, attending local minor league baseball games, cooking, and gardening.
Jan has lived in Rockford for all of her life and has been working as our office manager for 35 years. The most enjoyable aspect of her job has been getting to know the patients and watching young patients grow up. She loves music and enjoys going to experience live music at the various venues in the area. She also enjoys spending time with her niece and nieces family in Phoenix.
Jody Jody was born, raised, and has lived in the Rockford area for her entire life. Jody and her husband have three children and two grandchildren. Most of her free time is spent with her grandchildren. Jody enjoys spending the day with them, taking them places and watching them grow daily. She also enjoys scuba diving. If she could go anywhere, she would go where there is a beach and warm weather. She especially likes the Riviera Maya and Cabo because of the clear blue water. One of Jodys favorite places in Rockford is Anderson Gardens, especially in the spring. Jody has been working at the office for over 25 years, and loves catching up with our patients to learn about the milestones in their lives.
Tina Tina was born and grew up in Lansing, Michigan. She has lived in Rockford for 20 years. Prior to moving to Rockford, Tina lived in Los Angeles and worked as a flight attendant. She and her husband have four children. Before working as a full time hygienist, Tina worked at First Free Church for the Moms Day Out program and was very involved in her childrens school, St. Bridgets. She also coaches junior high volleyball and grade school basketball. For fun, Tina enjoys making crafts and going to craft shows. She especially enjoys making floral arrangements and scrapbooking. If she had two weeks off work, Tina would love to go boating with her family. Her family used to have a boat on Lake Michigan that they would take from Michigan to Door County, and she would like to recreate some of those memories. What Tina enjoys most about her job is meeting new people and learning new things from her patients.

I literally just had the WORST customer experience with this dentist office I have ever had with ANY company. I scheduled an appointment online to be a new customer. I am a united states postal worker and I have phenomenal insurance through GEHA. I uploaded that insurance as well as my secondary insurance which is through public aid. I received a call today before my appointment saying they didn't accept public aid. I said that's fine, I have insurance through my employer which I uploaded as well and asked if I need to reupload it. I reuploaded my primary insurance and called back to make sure they received it. Whomever answered the phone told me that the post office has terrible insurance and they won't pay for my services! I have had this insurance for 6 years! It's one of the best insurances offered to any human being. I will be filing a discrimination complaint against this company because they very clearly didn't look at my primary insurance once the saw public aid!

There's not a whole lot to say here besides we love Lindsten Dentistry. I have only been to one other dentist office my whole life when I moved away a short period of time and it made me appreciate Dr Lindsten's more. The smaller office team makes for a much better and personable experience.

They are a great group of people. All staff are very thorough and are great with folks young and old. They worked hard to make my daughter have fun from her first cleaning a couple of years ago, so much so, she loves going to her appointments!

The whole team at Lindsten Dentistry is awesome. I have a hard time getting numb and have very bad past experiences. Dr. Lindsten was able to figure out how to get me numb and fix any issues I had. Everyone is so friendly and gentle. My son absolutely loves going to the dentist and asks when he can go again!
