Dr. Henell earned her doctorate from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 1991. After graduation from Dental School she returned to UOP and taught for many years in the Crown and Bridge Department. In 2001 Dr. Henell completed an 18 month post-graduate study in advanced occlusion at the Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education. Education is very important to Dr. Henell, She has completed numerous continuing education courses in all aspects of dental techniques and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Henell is a native of Sunnyvale and lives here with her husband Dr. Brad Kaprelian, their two children Erin and JT and their dogs Indie and Axel. In her free time away from the office Dr. Henell, enjoys spending countless hours watching her kids activities, ski's, plays recreational soccer, and softball.

I got my teeth cleaned today. My dentist and staff followed COVID-19 precautions extremely well. I felt very safe. It was a bit hard to understand what the hygienist was saying under all that PPE, but I'm glad she wore it.

I've been going to Dr. Henell's office for over 20 years now. I have always been impressed by the quality of care. Everyone on the staff is an expert at what they do, and all are very friendly, and seem to genuinely care about keeping my teeth and gums healthy. I have recommended Dr. Henell to friends several times over the years, and always received positive reviews in response.

Dr Henell is the ultimate professional with a warm and friendly demeanor. She is cautious in her approach to her patients always working to do the minimal amount needed in order to take care of any problem. (i.e., she is NOT just after your money). I hate going to the dentist but I can truly say that I look forward to my visits with her.

My first appointment was this week. Previously I had gone to a new dentist and they wouldn't get back to me on insurance coverage or give me a referral for an extraction doctor for months and I finally gave up on them and had to find a new dentist! I am SO glad because I found these guys!! I was raving to my husband about how incredible this dentist office was after my visit. I couldn't believe how efficient and attentive to my needs they were. I'm blown away. I will absolutely be coming back, sticking with you guys and telling everyone I can about this office. Thank you guys so much.
