Dr. Richard Linden was born in 1965 to loving parents in Detroit, Michigan, where he lived until age 28. Dr. Linden graduated from Notre Dame High School (Harper Woods, Michigan, 1983) where, as an honors student, he was awarded a National Merit Scholarship. He conducted his undergraduate studies atOakland University (Rochester, Michigan)where, in addition to his studies, he worked as a lab researcher at the Kresge Eye Institute (1987,88,89) under Sheldon Gordon, PhD. He graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from Oakland University in 1989. Dr. Linden then attended theUniversity Of Detroit School Of Dentistry, where he was active in student government, and graduated with honors in 1993. He moved to Florida in 1993 and has been in private dental practice for the past 20 years. He studies dental continuing education regularly, lectures occasionally, and works continually to uphold and promote conscientious, ethical dental practices. Dr. Linden is certified to perform Invisalign* brand orthodontics (braces without wires), and Lumineers* brand veneers.
Dr. Rick recalls: 'As far back as I can remember, I wanted to become a dentist. I recall completing a 'What I want to be when I grow up ' report in grade school, and even then I knew I wanted to become a dentist. I also remember that I graduated from Oakland University on Friday, and started Dental School at U of D the following Tuesday. On my first day of dental school, I met another dental student named Maria, who is now known as Dr. Maria Linden. We have been together 28wonderful years, and we own a small ranch near Zolfo Springs, Florida.
Hobbies past and present: 'Too many to list. I grew upplaying hockey and all the usual sports, and then I raced dirt bikes and cars for years.I 've also been a musician since childhood, and I 've been in several amateur and professional bands over the years. I play guitar, banjo, ukulele and I 'm currently taking piano lessons. But please don 't ask me to sing.'
Dr. Maria Linden graduated for Saint Ladislaus High School in Hantramck, Michigan. Dr. Maria received an Applied Science Degree fromFerris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Maria completed her Pre-Dental studies atMarygrove College in Detroit, Michigan. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree fromUniversity of Detroit-Mercy in Detroit, Michigan. She completed a General Practice Residency in Hillsborough County Dental Research Clinic in Tampa, Florida.
Dr. Maria joined the private practice of classmate, best friend, and husband in Naples, Florida. Dr. Maria and Rick are fulfilling their dream of practicing together and providing quality dental care for their patient family.
Dr. Maria is a member of theAmerican Dental Association,Florida Dental Association,West Coast Dental Association, Bonita Springs Study Club, and Naples Dental Seminars. She has studied at The Dawson Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Rick is the best dentist I have ever seen! I did not feel rushed. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and put together a plan for my dental care. He and his staff are both professional and truly care about there patients. Thank you very much for the care my wife and I received. We will no longer dread going to the dentist.

Dr. Richard Linden and his staff took the time to listen and help me feel comfortable with his procedures. He is a very different dentist than I had ever experienced. I appreciate all of my questions and concerns addressed in a Professional way. My teeth are and gums are extremely healthy!! Thank you for your excellent care!!

Well I finally got my computer to cooperate with signing into google. Doctors Rick and his wife Marie are very easy going and have a soothing way about them where everything is calm and we all know that we do not need any stress in a dentist office. If you are thinking about a new dentist or just moved done here and need a dentist Linden is very highly recommended be me, and after using Linden dental for 8 years they never falter it always the same great service.

The dentists and staff are terrific. I hate having dental work. After seeing the same dentist in Chicago for 40+ years, I dreaded the thought of finding a new one when relocating to Naples. Dr. Maria Linden is kind, gentle and quickly won my trust.

I've seen Dr. Maria since I was about 10 years old (and am now 35). I absolutely love her! She is so kind and gentle. I have zero complaints and highly recommend her! My husband was so afraid to go to the dentist before and now that he sees Dr. Maria he doesn't think twice about going. She's truly the best!

I've known Dr. Richard for over 20 years. Always there, always compassionate and caring, always professional and competent. I mean this sincerely when I say that I'm glad I found someone like him. I am a "snow bird" who had a sudden dental emergency on the weekend. After frantically searching for an available dentist, Linden Dental came through. They returned my call on Sunday evening and set me up with a Monday morning appointment. Dr. Maria Linden was very patient, professional and has a great "chair side" manner. She also made a recommendation to another specialist who also took my insurance. I recommend Linden Dental.

I'm always skeptical at first when I get a new doctor or dentist. But every appointment has been smooth and his work is impeccable. My trust and comfort continues to grow with each appointment.
