My initial post still stands. This is an awesome dental practice and if anything, it has just become more awesome! Just finished a visit with Dr. Lisa and her AMAZING staff. Already looking foward to my next visit. Exceptional attitude from everyone. High-tech equipment, felt right at home! I had been searching for a new dentist for a couple of years after my previous dentist closed his office, without much success. Following my first vist with Dr. Lisa, I am very enthused, having found my new life-time dentist. Friendly, knowledgeable, using the latest technologies, in an office that is bright and cheery are but a few of her five-star qualifications.

Great experience! Had Invisalign done by Dr. Lisa. She and her staff are super friendly and kind. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome. I'm extremely happy with the outcome of my teeth. Thanks Dr. Lisa and staff for taking good care of my teeth.

While the service and care are good, I am disappointed with how they handle insurance coverage. I went in for a routine dental cleaning which is normally covered by insurance. I was told on the day of service that I had no charge because it was covered. No invoices or bills were presented to me prior to or immediately after the dental cleaning. A few weeks later I received a bill in the mail and an explanation that I wasn't covered. It turns out my appointment was a few weeks too early for eligibility for my biannual covered dental cleaning. I had no idea about this because I trusted that the dental office would be aware of my coverage or verify coverage before providing the service. Obviously if I had been told that I needed to wait a few weeks to get the cleaning covered I would have postponed the appointment. I raised the issue with the dental office and they told me to work it out with the insurance company. This was not very helpful as the insurance company pointed the finger back to the dental office. It is frustrating that I was told the service was covered on they day I received it, but then got billed afterwards. They refused to work it out with me or even apologize for telling me incorrect information. Any respectable business would at least accept partial blame when they give you false information. They did not. I cannot trust this business to handle any future dental work without fear of getting coverage denied and having to pay for unexpected charges.

Amazing dentistry. Dr. Lisa and her staff are amazing. Scheduling appointments and billing are easy. I initially incorrectly provided only 1 of my 2 insurances and they were able to re-bill and fix my balance easily and pain-free. The services provided are top notch, they are very thorough and take their time in providing the best care. My white fillings look and feel flawless. They make sure to give you 100% and nothing less. I am usually reluctant to go to the dentist but since coming here I always looked forward to coming here. I couldn't wait for my next dental appointments. High recommended.

I started coming to LV dentistry when I was interested in starting my invisilign journey back in 2020. Fast forward to 2021, Dr. Lisa and her team helped me not only start my invisilign but help clean and take care of my teeth as well. Dr. Lisa and her staff are so kind and professional and I always have a pleasant time when I visit. My invisilign journey took about 6 months and it was so easy to achieve a perfect smile with LV Dentistry having my back on my teeth health and smile goals. Dr. Lisa and her staff are the best. Everyone here makes sure you are comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and explain to you with what they are doing. I really like how they compliment you with what they see improvement on during each visit. It makes me feel good that my daily flossing is noticed. I highly recommend everyone to check them out!

This is my new favorite dentist. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile from everybody in the office. The office is clean and COVID compliant. They pay attention and very detail to making sure my partial is done right. Very professional care from customers service to my dental procedures. I came here for a partial done and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Dr. Lisa Danh and her assistant Minerva were accommodating and attentive to my needs and wants. I left feeling confident and satisfied with the results. I just want to thank Dr. Danh and all her staff for a great job done and working with my budget. Literally the nicest doctors and very affordable. I definitely not afraid to go to the Dentist anymore. I'm very happy and highly recommend this dentist. Thank you for bringing back my smile.

Amazing service !! The staff was so friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. I came here for a teeth whitening service and the experience was nothing but extraordinary. Jaylene the hygienist was patient and explained the entire process. She even took before and after pictures to truly see the difference. The process typically takes about 1.5 hrs and LVD is very thorough, I was very impressed with their care for my teeth and gums ensuring that it was a painless experience. I highly recommend this service before any event. Linda Vista Dentistry definitely achieved that "pearly white smile" that I was looking for.

Best dentist office ever ! I would always be scared of going to the dentist until I found out about Linda Vista dentistry! They treat you like family, sweetest staff members, always so energetic! Makes you feel better right away ! I decided to get Invisalign and right away Dr.Lisa and her staff got to work, Showed me how my teeth would look after I'm done and OH MY GOODNESS ! My eyes got watery ! The happiest I've ever been. I've been on Invisalign for 5 months now and I'm seeing results ! Gain my confidence back ! Thank you Linda Vista Dentistry! Glow up year for sure !

Great overall experience! I came in for an overdue (~2yrs) cleaning and they took great care of me. Very friendly and informative staff (looking at you, Tam) that made the process even more enjoyable. Will be recommending to friends!
